Clippers Barber Shop

Great service and good conversation. I felt welcomed even though it was my first time there. I wasn’t seated until about 30 minutes before they closed, but I didn’t feel rushed or like I got a quick service. Will definitely be going back!

I have been coming here and only here since the day Gilbert opened. Good price. quality haircut. and finish a haircut as it should be. with a hot shaving cream straight razor shave. On Wednesday, it is a cash only special.

This is my go to barber shop. I’ve had my hair cut with 4 different barbers in there now with Abram (sp?) doing the best job so far (all the others did a great job as well). Inside is nice as well.

Like the ambience. But bad customer service. Luis didn’t care to cut the way I wanted. He was in a hurry, as they were way past the closing time. But I had waited for more than an hour to get a haircut, that made me look like shit later.
I should have made sure that I got what I wanted, instead of trusting the barber. They don’t care! I am not going to come back here.

I have only been loyal to the barbers NOT the place. This location over time has gone backwards from an experience standpoint. One example is not having HOT water to properly rinse your hair. This has been going on now for over 6 months. Another example, small but still valid, is the owner use to have peanuts, this was a very nice gesture and made for a unique experience. Lastly, but most important, is the lack of customer appreciation and acknowledgement of customers. The standard is set VERY low by the daughter of the owner, Silva. A few examples here is she has no sense of urgency coming out of the back room and getting off of the phone to help the other stylist. I am almost positive that would not be acceptable for others to do. Another sign of her lack of caring for the customer is that she always takes the parking spot right in front of the shop (Grey hummer). In the business that I run, the customer is always appreciated and most valuable because at any moment the customer can fire you. Well your fired! I’m sure this review will be ignored because it is a family business and family is always right at this location never the customer. From a customer of 5 years

Louis is the only one i’ll let cut my hair. He always does an impeccable job and is friendly and carries a great conversation. He always puts different product to let my try new pomades that they’ve received. Good cuts, good prices and always friendly, definitely recommended.

I had mixed reviews I called to make an appointment and was told I could walk in. The atmosphere was awesome but the women who cut my hair rushed my hair cut and did a half assed job for an over priced hair cut. Even the look she gave her college when I walked in was unsettling. I think it just could have been a better experience. I would think twice about coming back

My husband and I, were visiting Tx for the first time as well as visiting clippers barber shop and I was quite impressed with the level of customer service and great haircut my husband received. Jennifer, who had cut my husband’s hair greeted US immediately upon entering the shop and made us feel welcome what a darling she was. If we lived in this state this place would be a regular place for my hubby indeed. If we ever return this will be on the list for sure we thank you kindly Jennifer!

Favorite barbershop in San Antonio. No frills and $ 10 Wednesdays. I’ve had 4 different barbers cut my hair and they are all great. I try to get Jen, but if I can’t I’m happy with the others.

Went back for a hair cut and was slightly disappointed with the way it turned out. Got a different barber this time and he cut it much too short for my liking. He was at least able to make it look half decent. May give it another chance, just because the first time was such a great experience.

Fun place. Don’t mind waiting here good barber staff-​Gerald cut my hair he did a great job-he’s a perfectionist. Give it a try
