I am so glad I gave this place a chance despite some poor reviews I read. I got there late in the day, with my feet in terrible shape. I was treated with courtesy the whole time and was given, perhaps, the best leg/foot massage ever with the salt rub. Wendy was my pedicurist and with great expertise quickly turned my horrible feet into soft and beautiful ones that I am no longer ashamed of. She suggested a better color than I had picked out which would last longer. While soaking I noticed a very handicapped customer arrive and the staff took great care to get her into her seat and pamper her, treating her with great kindness all the while. I left feeling so relaxed! It was a wonderful start to my vacation time. The people there were so nice to me and at the end of a very long work day when they must have been exhausted. I will definitely return to this business and highly recommend it to others.

Save the trouble and stay away! Women doing my pedi was humming and ignored my request for spa treatment and manicure. Instead she told me she didn’t like talking to people and rather relax by humming music to herself. Extremely unprofessional rude yanking my feet as if she was angry at me pulling and smack me a few times cause I didn’t know she wanted my foot lower!!! Thats what communication is about?! Didn’t bother to soak my feet in water barely scrubbed them even got angry when I kindly asked if she could scrub my feet before doing Shellac! Only showed very limited colors of Shellac so, had to settle for whatever color caused although I was the only customer there at the time they seemed rushed to get me out. Then two guys walked in for a regular pedicure $ 23 mine $ 48 and they got offered spa treatments, menicures along other services were even asked how their day was going! They laughed joked with them while I was shut down by the angry woman doing my $ 48 Shellac saying she didn’t like talking to people instead she enjoyed humming to relax?! Seriously thought I was there to relax and not be disrespected, insulted and humiliated! This place has unpleasant angry, mean people they judge you by the clothe your wearing. Once they saw me get up guy asked where I bought my «true religion» jeans? Three of them spoke their language and said«La Cantera» is all I understood. Take it that once they knew I was wearing $ 200 jeans now they all followed me to pay and never once asked me if I wanted to add tip to charge when I got slip it had no tipping option so they wanted to run my card again or requested cash since they saw I had $ 100 bill. Horrible service now turning into what sounded like chickens in a gage screaming, didn’t understand a word. I was not about to run my credit card a second time, they should of told me before charging the first time. Guy points out a small sign that specifies cash only! Unfortunately I didn’t see it since when I walked in he crabbed my purse and took me straight to the back. On top of that angry lady shoved my $ 400CHANNEL sunglasses into my laptop bag they got all scratched up with my keys!!! YOUDONTFREAKINGDOTHAT!!! You should LEARN the different between cheap china junk and Authentic Quality made products!!! For future reference to the employees at toes & fingers never judge at person by what they are wearing cause the first time I went you guys only did a manicure $ 23 and I tipped person $ 25 cause I believed she didn’t want to do shellac and to let my nails rest for two weeks cause they were fragile. Now I see you guys rush everyone almost kicking you on the butt on way out the door! Like I said 2 guys got their $ 23 dollar menicure just fine so maybe they just don’t like certain people so be prepared and hope you won’t be one of them. I would HIGHLYSUGGEST go somewhere else. Not worth it not even a week and color is peeling off already. $ 48 worst part is the humiliating treatment.

Very disappointed. Shellac pealed within 5 days and wasn’t applied well at all.

Two words: sloppy work. –the nail polish was applied hastily so that it was uneven/splotchy and didn’t cover the edges of my nails. –there was gunk left in the space between my finger and nail. I had to ask them to clean it up. –my nails weren’t buffed evenly so when the polish was applied, there were bits of my nail sticking up. –the top coat wasn’t applied correctly resulting in bubbling. I ended up just taking off the polish because the work was so terrible that i felt embarrassed. It sucks that I have to give such a terrible review because there were really nice people who worked there. I just don’t think they’ve had formal training and I’m not about to shell out $ 48 for a mani– pedi that I could’ve have done better myself.

I have been a customer of fingers and toes II for over a year. As long as I have had my mani/pedi’s done I have always felt awkward the first time walking in to a Vietnamese salon. But, I have received the best service from there. I really like the family that runs it — Rick, Vicki and their 2 kids. My favorite is Lilly. She is a shy manicurist that has the sweetest smile and does the best nails I have had done in YEARS!!! I recommend this shop — I always find it fun and entertaining to go there. They turned me on to Taste of Asia’s spring rolls — we swap recipe’s. Great place

I have never experienced a quicker pedicure. I didn’t get to soak my feet in the water for more than 2 minutes before the very distant lady started to go to work. I suppose I should back up. The atmosphere was lacking. There was no music playing and CNN was playing on both televisions. When I think of a manicure/pedicure, I think of relaxation. This place is not relaxing. It is rushed and terribly stale. Another point I would like to make is that this place only accepts tips in cash.(They let you know it with the mutliple signs plastered all over the walls.) As a first timer, I didn’t know that. I only carry credit and debit card, so when I got the slip, there was no place to put a tip. So I couldn’t tip. This made me feel worse as a consumer because I always tip, even if everything is awful. I will not go back to Fingers and Toes. It was just not worth the $ 28. I felt more stressed when I left than when I arrived.
