I picked this apartment randomly to start my apartment hunt. I never went to the apartments physically at first. I wanted to see how much they would work with me. I called and left a detailed message with my name, number and what type of apartment I was looking for. I already had seen the cost of a one-bedroom, so I was looking at availability. They never returned my call. I expected that as that seems to be the norm here in SA. They never responded back to e-mail even though they said they would get back to me within 24 hours. I drove over to the apartments during the day and I could immediately see they were not my type of apartments. I liked the location. i want an apartment off a busy road. Parking seemed okay, they had overhead parking and lots of open parking. I have stayed in apartments that had assigned parking and and one was really good, they towed quickly but I still had 2 incidents that I had to tow, which is a great inconvenience. The other apartment didn’t care about someone parking in your spot. There was some damage to one of the overhead parking structures. It looked bad. You can tell its been that way for awhile, so I guess they don’t have much pride with their property. I went there after work, which was at night. I always check apartments at night. I wanted to see the lighting and see how everybody parks. One pickup truck parked behind some vehicles and I didn’t see the driver. That happened to me one time and i was mad, I was lucky to have two cars at the time. It just shows the mentality of the residents, some just don’t care. I won’t try to live there even though the price of a one bedroom was good. I guess you get what you pay for. I am guessing a sign of good(or bad) management is if they respond to you. If they don’t respond to your calls or e-mails, I wonder what is their response to issues with your apartment must be like? The pix of the pool and apartment is misleading to me. It looks so inviting, but that is not how it looks in person.
