I love Fossil products, I have plenty of them from watches to bags and wallets. Unfortunately this location is not in any need to sell products since I was in the store for the longest time and not once did anyone ask if I needed any help. News Flash! I did need help because I walked into the store with the intentions of buying a watch, possibly two. The attendants decided to ignore me and move on the customers who from appearance wise looked like they were going to buy the store but ended up buying nothing. On the other hand I was ready to buy yet still nobody came up to me and ask if I needed help, they just decided to glare at my direction. Little did they know that I have plenty of money to buy more than what they make a paycheck but they decided to miss out on it not even acknowledging me once. Sorry Fossil, but wake up and don’t judge a book by its cover. I wound up going somewhere else that sells Fossil products and they were more than happy to take my money. Fail

Awesome. Customer service professionals. Best shopping experience in a very long time. Went in to exchange watches given to me for a Christmas gift that slid around on my wrist when I wore them. No questions asked; gladly accepted the merchandise back. Allowed me to browse without following me around, but stayed near enough to be available. I ended up spending even more money. They warranty the watches for 10 years and the jewelry for two! I have never received a warrantly on costume jewelry, but I must say theirs is very well made. Very impressed; will definitely return.

Yes, I frequent Fossil shops around the country. This shop is a little above average in that the customer experience was a bit better then most other outlet shops. The quality of watches they carry are very good for the price point. They have recently started carrying a Swiss made line with the Fossil name on them. They are all under $ 1000. However, only thing I again don’t understand is the lack of training. I asked the girl to tell me about them and her response was they are very nice… let me get you the booklet on them. She leaves comes back and hands me this booklet that had great information in it and I can tell that Fossil invested a lot of money to develop and produce them but, she just walked away… WOW that’s going to get me to invest in your new line! Fossil work on your customer service and training of staff!

I went a few weeks ago to this store in hopes of finding a messenger bag for a new job. I went in expecting the male and female employees to approach me, but they never did! I walked past them multiple times and I was never asked if I was looking for something. Mind you, I was there for a good solid 15 minutes looking through the bags near the entrance and in the back. I walked out after I saw that no one was going to help me find my bag, so I left. I love Fossil(I own wallets from there), but I will certainly not return to this store. I’ll definitely go to outlet store in San Marcos or Round Rock.

I stopped in at Fossil the other day while visiting North Star Mall. The store has a great layout and had great atmosphere. I was greeted by the friendly staff right away and was offered assistance. I found out they don’t work on commission so no worries about being pressured into something. The staff had no problem with me trying on tons of watches. Jessica and Anthony were both very knowledgeable about their product and they made me feel very welcome in their store. The store can usually replace your battery there but on some occasions have to mail it off. The prices are about $ 120 to $ 150 a piece for a watch. At least the ones I bought. I now own three Fossil watches and i always get compliments on them. If you need a casual or slightly dressy watch that is a nice quality give this store a shot.
