Excellent workmanship and a large collection of frame designs.

When I was in San Antonio, I was unfortunate enough to have a few portraits and posters that I framed … have the glass break in their frames. I had purchased some high quality frames elsewhere prior to coming to San Antonio, so I was hoping to find some place local that could repair the picture frames and glass that I had. Luckily, I found this place, Frame Maker, and was able to fix these picture frames.
The owner is a guy by the name of Mark Saltzgiver. I had one of his business cards with me when writing this, but I recall him being a very reasonable shop owner. I actually went here twice to get some picture frames repaired, and he was able to help me in a timely manner both times. Mark also cuts glass for frames; however, most of the glass frame creation he does has to be rectangular (due to how his glass cutter works.) However, he was friendly and professional enough to refer me elsewhere to someone who could help when he could not help me restore a clock’s glass frame the third time I went there.
This business mainly specializes in selling and making frames for portraits, and other frames. However, since Mark was able to restore valuable family portrait frames and glass at least twice, to me, that is priceless.
