Always great service here. Have worked with Thomas and Chelsea — they are awesome– very patient with the kiddos when trying to divvy up their saved monies and trade– ins for games of their hearts’ desire. Thank you for interacting with them in a responsible, business– like manner for their ages (11 and 9). Have not reviewed a game stop on Unilocal,but I’m so impressed– if more businesses understood that this is what customer service is about– they would understand how we can be so loyal to a business.
