My second time in a MS store. I have to be totally honest. Microsoft is clueless when it comes to marketing. The store seemed over done. The layout confusing. It seemed like the products weren’t on center stage. The staff were very nice and helpful but looked bored out of their minds. I looked across to the Apple Store and it was the direct opposite. Products from and center, packed store, employees busy as bees. The funny thing is after looking at some of the products like the now Lumia phone and Surface Pro, I was kind of impressed.

I give two stars because normally I get great customer service. But today i got either a guy with bad social skills or a bad day either way he was rude. Had other questions about my products at home but I’ll ask somebody else another day.

The people were so informative! Could literally answer any questions you could possibly have to ask! They have their actual techs walking the floor and helping with sales so you always know what you’re buying! I went on black Friday and still received the best of service even with how packed they were!!! I’m forever happy with my Microsoft Surface 2 tablet!

My daughter attended the Game Design Summer Class that this location offered. Over the course of the week I spent many hours in the store. I would have to say there is nothing negative to say about this store. The camp itself was fantastic, my daughter had a great time. The staff is OUTSTANDING. Everyone was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. The store was clean and cool. I would recommend anyone to send their child to camp here, and to come in and look at the great products they have available, with a staff that is ready to help you. CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS FINEST.

The Microsoft Store really has their stuff together! We walked in on two occasions and were quickly met with happy associates willing to go through several models, even though we were just browsing… they ended up selling us on a nifty little Surface. Adan, was this cool cat who didn’t mind delving into certain software and answering my sometimes unanswerable questions, I like to mess. The best part was he offered us apple juice while we pondered our purchase, total SCORE!
Technology peeps, treat your customers like kings and queens like Microsoft does and they’ll surely return!

Highly recommended because of the awesome staff! I had a problem with my card being blocked for some reason and we spent about 20 minutes trying to fix the problem. During the whole process the girl I worked with and her manager were super nice and polite. I finally got it sorted out and purchased my item. I’ll be coming back for sure

This store was AWESOME! After shopping for a new convertible tablet/​laptop for myself and 2 new tablets for my kids, we decided on Microsoft Surface RT and Pro. Comparing pricing between many stores, I was happy to find we had an actual store front to purchase from, with better pricing than anywhere else. We were greeted with happy, informative staff who were more than willing to help. They were honest about which products we would need, instead of trying to sell me the «newer, bigger and better.» Even after returning to the store to exchange 2 of the items that were defective, they were polite, apologetic (even though it was not their fault) and very easy to work with. I HIGHLY recommend this store and the staff. I will definitely do business here again.

I love this store! The Product Advisors are always so energetic and friendly. A really neat thing that Microsoft does is offer free summer camps for kids in the community. It was pretty neat walking in and seeing the kids working on different technology products. When asked how to enroll, they gave me all the info that I needed to pass along to a friend.
I also love all the different products that are available to try out, including the Xbox Kinects throughout the store. The employees are more than happy to show you how to play any particular game, including Fruit Ninja! (HIYAH!), on their Xbox consoles.
I really enjoy having options and the convenience of the Microsoft store being a few feet from it’s competitor isn’t lost on me. Kudos to Microsoft for awesome placement.
Lastly, it’s really fun to catch the Geniuses from across the way longingly looking at a Microsoft Product Advisor playing Kinect sports when the store is a bit quieter. Worth the laugh!

So, being an Apple fan I was a bit hesitant to head into the store. I finally made my way in and found knowledgeable and attentive staff. I went in to inquire if they had a business presence for local customers. After sharing some information, this is a promising new venture for our business.

This store is so amazing! I wish I could afford 10 of everything! The employees were so nice and friendly and the store was impeccable, probably due to the fact that it’s brand new. The fixtures and decorations are so vibrant in color, way more fun and exciting than the plain old boring white and brown Apple store.
There were tons and tons of people in the store on the day that we went (I believe it was the grand opening weekend), yet it was still very easy to maneuver throughout the entire store without people getting in the way. There are several tables set up with interactive activities for the kids, and for some adult kids too :) I loved how there was a huge display set up behind the cash-​wrap for kids to play larger-​than-​life video games.
We will definitely be back!
