IHOP

Food was actually good but the service was horrible. They weren’t even busy at the time. Our waitress (whom unfortunately I can’t remember her name; she was a young girl though) didn’t bring us utensils, didn’t bring us our food (it was brought to us by another waitress who served a couple that came in after us). She never came to ask if we were ok or needed drink refills. She waited on another couple that came in after us and made sure they were taken care of (served them their food, asked if they needed refills, etc.). She also had us waiting just to get our ticket (after she served the other couple). Just be warned that not all of the staff has proper customer service capabilities. I think if we had sat in another section we might have walked away happier.

Best IHOP experience ever. It is $ 1.00 NoKidHungry pancake day. MaryAnn provided great service and put my reservations about the service from the reviews to rest. Will go back and will be asking to be seated in her section. Great job and kudos for also supporting a great cause.

THIS IS THE WORST IHOP EVER!!! Don’t even bother walking in. The service is terrible, the manager gives no shits about the people or the bad bad service. We waited an hour to get our food and left because we didn’t even want the food anymore. I was really craving some ihop & left so disappointed. Thank god they took off the express sign because it is now IHOP slow mo.

Horrible service it took damn near an hour to get a club sandwich!!! Worst IHOP experience ever!!!

This IHOP had terrible service. It took an hour to get our food even though there were only two other people dining in, they had an excess of waiters working that were standing around talking. The food was over cooked and cold, the waiters never came to see if we needed anything.
I will never come here again!

Slow service, waiter seemed a bit busy so maybe that’s why. Overall typical Ihop experience. They let me substitute the sides I wanted with my breakfast and let the older folks with us order senior meals though they were a little under the age minimum.
Rating system:
5 stars = I’ll drive across town specifically for this, and rave to all my friends about it!
4 stars = Would return and recommend.
3 stars = Indifferent, average, acceptable.
2 stars = You could drag me here unwilling.
1 star = I will not be returning.

Hope you don’t want crepes… This place was too lazy too make the batter. The waitress asked the cook if they had any batter. They laughed and said we didn’t make any today. Since the kitchen is open to the main dining you could not miss their comments. Never been to ihop where I couldn’t get an item from the menu. No wonder this place is empty. Needless to say we didn’t stick around for anything else since we just drove 2 hours for crepes… Go across the highway to the old ihop where you get service and crepes!

pretty good service. waitress was on point. they were out of vanilla for iced coffee but didn’t sweat it just got some orange juice. full of pulp though. not too exciting. everything was going good until a beetle crawled on my foot and I scream. I looked around the floor and they were everywhere! who wants bugs all over their body before they are about to eat?! food was good and hot but the bugs ruined it. never again.

Went on memorial weekend on sunday about 11am. Fast service. Friendly. The food is the same as usual. Clean and small location. I did not encounter any problems at all. Everything as expected from IHoP I would recommend.

This location is smaller than other typical IHop locations. The restaurant is set up more like a diner with a counter seating and smaller tables. I don’t recommend this particular location for a large group because there was only a few tables that seemed to be able to «pushed together». I went with only one other person, so there was no waiting at noon on a Saturday.
The food and service were what we expected, good. At the end of the meal, the waitress explained how she was not paid minimum wage and tips would be greatly appreciated. Seemed like an odd thing to add since we were planning to leave a good tip. Overall a good place and different from normal ihop set-​up.
