iSpa Nails

Did an amazing job on my nails! Never ceases to amaze me how well of a job they really do. I never have an issue and everyone is so friendly. I’ll be coming back in the near future!

I have NEVER been to a worse nail salon in my life. I have for years loyally gone to Regal Nails on Vance Jackson and they have always done absolutely incredible work, not a single problem. I only went here because I had a gift certificate and wish I had just given it away to an enemy instead. Shame on them. I had a full acrylic set with nail art done at their sister salon Diva Nails and initially I was happy but it didn’t last long. My nails cracked, lifted and one broke all within a week. I went to iSpa for a fill hoping it would fortify my brittle acrylic nails and was told they had to remove ALL my nail art as it was impossible to do a fill other while. Such bull crap, I have never had another salon tell me that EVER. Either they are liars, incompetent or greedy, probably all of the above. I bit my tongue and got the fill along with the replacement nail since due to time constraints I had no other choice. She burned my nail with the dremmel and lied about that too. Less than a week later wouldn’t you know it, another shattered nail. I hope they go out of business.

Came here a few months ago and was pretty grossed out when they sat me down at a nail station that was clearly just used by someone else. We’re talkin’ like a towel covering the top of the station covered in bits of cuticle skin and nail clippings. The manicurist just shook the towel off under the table and refolded it on top of the station. FUCKING GROSS.
It was hard to have a good time getting my nails done (I was with friends and didn’t want to ruin their time) without throwing up or calling out the manicurist for being totally disgusting and lazy.
Definitely not a clean place– I can only imagine what other short cuts they are taking :(
They’re also one of those nail salons where they try to upsell you on anything and everything just to get a decent mani/​pedi. Over it.
Thinking about this place makes me shudder even months later :(

My favorite nail salon I have been coming here for about 3 years now… moved over from Diva nail. Vivian & Mindy are great they take care of you. Highly recommend!

Incredible! I have been to many nail salons in my day. I had wearied of the dirty conditions, loud music, and incense. THEN I FOUND ISPA! What a change! SO clean, SO serene, and so professional. I spa nails takes time with your service. My nails always look superior! And it’s not a rush job on your massage on your feet and legs. They take time, and it feels so good! Friendly staff, too!

THE. BEST. This place never disappoints. The facility is always clean, the staff is always friendly, and the results are ALWAYS perfect. We’ve been here multiple times and never left without a perfect 10! Today is my Mom’s birthday and there’s no place we would have rather gone for a perfect treat.
If you’re looking for a good (really good) pedicure — you’ve found your place.

I went in for a polish change in my fingers and toes followed by an eye brow wax. I left with jagged nails, polish on my skin (fingers and toes), and one eyebrow bigger than the other. After getting home and fixing my nails and taking the polish off my skin I called to speak to a manager. She wasn’t in and the girl I spoke to (who was very nice) said to come in to have them fixed after my trip to Florida. After returning from FL I called to confirm with a manager that I was coming in, again she was not in. A man asked my name and when I could come in. I showed up at my appointment time and seen right away. Polish change on my fingers and toes was done and once completed polish on my skin, both fingers and toes, and now on my flip flops. Apparently the staff didn’t communicate because the girl who messed my nails up the first and now second time charged me to have my nails fixed. Oh, but I got a discount since I took the girls time after she accused me of ruining my nails the first time. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. It’s hot and any salon who can’t own up to their mistakes should have a manager in the store more than once a week. Beware!

It’s my favorite nail place! I have never waited more than five minutes and that was one time. They’re very friendly, clean, and reasonably priced. Can’t go wrong!
