I came to Diva Nail because it is close to my home and I like to support local business. Went in for a manicure. What I got was nothing more than a glorified polish change. First I was to soak my fingers in a very small bowl of cold tap water, then after cutting my nails to the requested length(she got that right) cuticle cream was squeezed onto my nail, no where near the cuticle and with blobs on my nails she placed my fingers back in the bowl of cold water and repeated with the other hand, Then she shaped and buffed and cleaned up my wet, not conditioned cuticles and told me to wash my hands. No cuticle oil, no lotion and arm massage, no back and neck massage. After washing my hands and paying(still waiting for lotion or something) she painted and this is the ONLY reason I gave one star, the paint job is above average. No thank you, Next time I will go back to NY Nail in MacArthur Plaza where a manicure is a spa experience, Very disappointed.

Overpriced for low quality service. I left with damaged nail bed and it looked like I needed a fill the same day. The only good service was the pedicure and even that was just OK.

This will be the last time I come to diva nails. I have been here a handful of times and each time leave a little dissapointed that I paid so much money for sub par service. Today the girl doing my pedicure can hardly be bothered, she is not paying attention nor is she interested in doing a good job. Everyone has bad days, but not when I’m passing $ 80 plus per visit. This place was convenient to the house, but not worth my money anymore!

The nail tech used her unkempt fingernails to clean the excess polish from the sides of my nails. Being a Cosmetologist myself, I can tell you that no where in school are we trained to remove polish this way. There are tools for that job. It was unsanitary and painful. The polish selection is poor and much of it looks old. I felt like the people here don’t take pride in their job. I’ve been twice and won’t be returning.

My Heroes! I tried a new nail salon that was on my way home from Austin and had a bit of a nightmare experience. My nails were left poorly filed, ridiculously thick, and all of the tips were lopsided in shape and size. Knowing that this was not something I could live with til my next appt, I decided to call Diva Nails. I spoke with Amber over the phone and explained what had happened at the other salon. She told me to come in so she could look at my nails and tell me my options. When I arrived, she saw me immediately and listened to my concerns. She offered me a variety of options and proceeded to repair my nails. She was incredibly sweet and made me feel at ease. She asked me questions about my nail preferences every step of the way. She was AMAZING and my nails turned out perfect. On top of her outstanding service, the salon was nicely decorated, with a relaxing ambiance, and the price for my walk-in nail repair service was incredibly reasonable. Diva Nails will be the only place I get my nails done from this point forward. Thank you Diva Nails!!!

Nice salon. Very clean, and the staff is friendly. They offer a variety of nail services(manicures, acrylic, shellac, specialty pedicures, etc.) at reasonable prices. I got a basic pedicure and was satisfied(though next time I think I will upgrade to «deluxe»). Walk-ins are welcome, but call for an appointment to minimize your wait.

I love this place. People are real nice, its clean and they do a good job every time. Amber is awesone! The only thing that I would recommend is posting prices for services.

Visiting San Antonio & wanted to get nails done. Unilocaled nail salons, but wanted to keep it cheap. So this place popped up decided to give it a try. Was great experience, nails done and am happy. For full set & pedicure was $ 65-. It was clean & staff very nice. Pedicure massage was awesome. No hurting fingers or toes, sometimes when getting pampered you walk away a bit man handled, not here they treat you right!

I used to love going to Diva nails. Everyone was friendly and they always took time to make sure the job was done right. Unfortunately the past few times I’ve gone, I was less than impressed. I just got a pedicure about a week ago and my toes had bubbles from the nail polish all over. It is so noticeable you can see the bubble just by looking down. I told the woman and she then proceeded to add yet ANOTHER coat of top coat to «fix it». I’m no professional but I know well enough that the reason there are bubbles in the first place is because you already put about 10 layers of polish. It was absolutely ridiculous and I will no longer be coming back. I’ve told all my friends and showed them the final product, none of them will be returning either.

I decided to go to Diva Nails because their name popped up when I googled Shellac manicure in San Antonio. My Shellac manicure($ 35) took only 45 minutes and they did a great job! I would definitely go back. It started to get extremely busy by 11:30am, so I would show up earlier if possible. All of the workers were extremely friendly, and although the nail salon isn’t super clean or luxurious, they get the job done well. It helps to have the movies playing(Hot Chick), makes the time go by quickly.
