Jack In the Box

Probably the worst jack in the box I’ve been. Drive thru takes way too long. They pull you forward and leave you waiting for almost every time.

Rude service from Didn’t hear one greeting, got interrupted several times, don’t know why we received attitude from her. The Oreo shake was awful, all cream and no whipped cream or cherry. At least the food was hot.

Fucking terrible service. 3 women sitting behind the counter just bitching about Facebook while 1 guy worked. I just demanded my money back and walked out. Going to be calling corporate about this place.

IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE NO STARS I WOULD! But Unilocal won’t allow me to. We came here around 12:30 for some late night snacks and sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes and NO ONE ever acknowledged us! When we were pulling into this location there was an employee standing outside the building with another employee so we know someone was there. After the wait we drove up to the window to (hopefully) place our order and again, NO ONE!!! RIDICULOUS!!! We wont ever go back!

Crappy customer service plus they can’t prepare an order correctly. My tacos were burnt, fries were cold and my drink was wrong. Girl at drive thru window was rude and lacked social skills.

I read the bad reviews for this location but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. We placed our order and after paying we were informed there was no rice for the chicken teriyaki bowl. The customer behind us were unable to order their chocolate smoothie because they were out of that also. It took the cashier several minutes to put our 2 orders into register. While waiting we saw the staff adjusting their clothing and preparing food without washing their hands or wearing gloves. There was no ice in the ice machine and half the drinks in the machine were empty. The trash cans were overflowing despite the restaurant being empty. Now understand the bad reviews. The food was actually pretty good which is why I rate this place 2 stars instead of 1.

blehhh. Hit or miss here. If the heavyset guy is working, then it’s flawless food and service. Otherwise. Goodluck. This visit I came in there was not one person in the dining room, three young guys working, and the tables were still messy, my order was wrong, and they just hung out. Final visit.

We live in the area and this branch needs improvement on the sanitation and service. The worst taco ever.period.

I came at 3am in the middle of a work shift, & upon first appearances, it appeared that they were closed due to the drive-​thru lights being turned off. I backed up and got ready to leave when I saw another customer pull up & get served, so back into the drive-​thru I went! Service was pretty quick & they actually honored my request for extra crispy fries. (In fact, they ended up being a bit too crispy… almost like crackers, but I appreciated the effort). Customer care was also so friendly at the window! With so little quality options in the middle of the night (service or food wise), I will return to this location next time I am on shift in the area!

I live in the area and this jack in box is the worst, they take forever, the burgers are not made correctly, they look like they have been sat on, and the owners don’t care. Never going to this one again!!!

This is the SLOWEST «fast» food drive through I have ever been to in my life. I have been stuck in this drive through for over 15 minutes now, and when I say stuck, I mean stuck. The islands surrounding the drive through trap you, and it’s a never ending wait. Ok so now that I’m home I can finish my rant. So two cars behind me finally bailed and I was able to back out and leave. Oh another thing, the entire time I was waiting they didn’t even take my order! So the car in front of me gave their order but when I drove up conveniently some kid walks out saying «oh the speaker isn’t working» and put a sign on it stating that I would need to pull up to give my order. The speaker worked fine for the car before me, it seems like it was just a lame excuse for the long wait. So I finally backed out and went somewhere else. Driving home I passed the same Jack in the Box and the seem 3 cars in front of me were still in line.

Im giving out 5 star reviews tonight because they have been earned. This was by far the best late night fast food experience I have ever had. No limited late night menu BS. None of that crappy I don’t want to be at work serves from the employees. It was worth the extra drive. It was either McDonalds or Jack in the Box and I made the correct choice. I am so happy I moved to Texas, you can get breakfast 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

Okay so the customer service was way up there and that warranted an extra star. She forgot one of my milkshakes and comped it for me. Super nice! However, they were freaking nasty. The consistency was… chewy. I’m glad I only paid for one.

Nice and clean…

The food is good, took about ten minutes to get our order out but it was fresh. The cashier was nice enough to ask if we needed refills and how everything tasted, so the service for the most part was good. The atmosphere was clean, I would recommend this Jack in the box :)

Great food. The drive thrue is a little slow.

I had never been to a Jack in the Box before, and since I was in Texas for only a short time, and have seen so much fast food stops that are completely foreign to me, I begged to stop in!
Nothing too special, but the food was good. It seemed very fresh, at least I would hope so, since it took about 10 minutes to get our order. I guess that is OK though, the drive thru was full, and the workers all seemed flustered. Overall though, I was pleased with my meal. I just had the cheeseburger happy meal, and jalapeño poppers, which are my favorite. I have to say, Arby’s are much better!
The kids meal I had was good though, I do love curly fries! These ones, however, were a bit spongy with grease, but overall. not to bad.
I would probably come back to a Jack in the Box, if one were located where I was. It was a good experience, and tasty! Also, while were there, one of the managers kept being all flustered and yelling at here staff, which was somewhat amusing. She wasn’t yelling, but being in charge. You could tell, even though they were busy and behind, they were still having fun working together. Aparently two other Jack in the Boxes were fobbed that day too!
