Although they have a gf option, the possibility of cross contamination is huge. They said they make it in a separate area but I became very ill after eating there… If you go, have a toilet close. The food was great though!

Dropped by during my lunch break at work, ordered Mediterranean wrap, it was delicious, they also brought it out to me fast which was great since I had about 15 mins left of lunch. Will definitely come back, and would recommend to a friend.

Just yesterday, on Black Friday November 27, 2015, my sister and I went in to get lunch before I had to be in at work for OT. We were, at the time, in a bit of a rush, so we ran in to get a quick lunch of a build-your-own sandwich(croissant, turkey, provolone and lettuce & tomatoes, which was great!), a chicken alfredo pasta plate(also great!) and a salad plate for she and I to share at the salad bar. First of all, I want to point out that everything was absolutely delicious, and totally worth recommending to everyone in the future. Everything was clean, the building wasn’t too loud even though it was nearly full to the brim. Beyond that, the service was outstanding. In fact, I’m working on sending in a thank you letter to them and their management soon and I’ll explain why. While we were there, my sister went into a grand mal seizure, for the first time in her life. This is something that has never happened, and even now we can only chalk it up to an overdose in her medication. This happened in the middle of our lunch, and we had two servers and a man that was eating lunch there at the time, who immediately jumped up and helped me. At the time, I thought she was choking, but it turns out she was having a serious seizure. I called the ambulance and a couple of the diners there helped me hold her and keep her calm. Another server was there assisting me with directions and even went outside to wait for the EMS for me so I wouldn’t have to leave my sister’s side. When the EMS got there, while my sister and I were dealing with that whole ordeal, another server was kind enough to pack up all of our food, add in a cup of salad dressing for our salad, and two cookies for absolutely no cost, and we didn’t even know this was done until we got home earlier this morning from the hospital. I greatly appreciate everyone’s help during that ordeal, and will DEFINITELY be coming back to this location. Everyone was so helpful during a time that my sister was embarrassed and scared, and I was a mess of panic. Thanks guys! :) PS: She’s doing okay now.

Ran in between my jobs to get my to-go order. I had used to app to get a «lighter» Ruben, chips, pickle and a chocolate chip cookie. It was ready when I got there and i was in and out very quickly! The sandwich was perfect, just the right size. Will definitely be going back when I want a good, quick sandwich!

Picked up togo for my husband, 12 month daughter and myself late Monday night. Two salads and a soup– both dressings weren’t a sealed completely, his was split in bag and my salad had watery lettuce and did not have requested avocado and egg. I live extremely far and could not go back once we arrived home Not sure about the soup because we didn’t eat it. We were so upset about our food.

The first time I ordered from this location was about a month and a half ago. I placed an order online for a Reuben, to be picked up at a certain time. I arrived around 6:35PM(the order was to be ready between 6:30 and 7:00), and found that I had paid for a sandwich that looked like it had been sitting around for several hours. It was cold and soggy and it was awful. I received a call from someone at that location who left a voicemail for me, which I did not return. I work extremely long hours and most of my time is spent on the phone. I don’t like talking on the phone, which is why I gave my review of this location online, at their website. Yesterday, August 15, 2015 at around 7:35PM I thought, «Hey, maybe that was just a bad day. I’ll give ‘em another try.» Bad idea. I had just gotten off work, I was tired and hungry. When I arrived at the to-go counter one person was sitting waiting for an order and there was one person at the counter placing an order. I stood behind him and waited, expecting to be acknowledged, greeted, or SOMETHING, but instead I was completely ignored. The person at the counter walked away, treating me like I was invisible. I waited. And waited. And waited. FIVEMNUTES, and still no one came back to take my order, and no one greeted me or acknowledged me ATALL. I left a review on the website AGAIN, explaining that I’m a pretty hard person to miss, since I’m about 5’8″ and have long red hair. Also I was wearing skinny jeans and a bright pink top, which seems like it would help identify me as a human customer WAITING to be served. Nothing. And no acknowledgement of my complaint on line, either. I’ll be contacting the corporate office on this one, and blogging about it as well. I spent about 20 years working as a restaurant manager, and this kind of treatment of a customer is so unacceptable that, as I said in my review on this store’s website, I would fire that person immediately. No discussion, nothing. You simply DON’T ignore your customer. At the least you make eye contact. And beyond that an «I’ll be with you in a moment» would also be better than what I got from these people. Clearly the manager of this place doesn’t care ATALL about the customers. I’ve been other places where customers are treated as an inconvenience instead of the lifeblood of a business, and I don’t go back. And I won’t return to this horrible place either. My experience was insulting, aggravating and beyond annoying – I was infuriated and still am – and there is no way they can re-do my experiences, right? Right. So DONOTGOTOTHISLOCATION. They have contempt for their customers and I have no faith in the cleaniness or safety of the kitchen or the food served.

I am very impressed sitting here watching the manager keep this place moving smoothly! Not only does he seem to have hawk vision for what needs to be done and customers needing service, I have seen him sprint to the door twice to help overloaded customers in the door! One a lady carrying a car seat another with the mommy pack(kids, bags, toys, etc) he is also watching the outside area to see if tables need cleaning or customers need anything! Jumping in and helping to clear tables seat customers all the while remaining calm, cool and collected making everyone feel at home! Kudos to this gentleman for showing not only the customers, but also his employees how it’s done! By example… not by barking orders… looking forward to coming back! Henry is a rare breed! We need more like him!

This place is always consistent and delicious. The staff is always courteous and helpful, the salad bar is always kept clean and is refreshed quite often. I have never ordered anything here that I didn’t like.

Food was awesome! Service was good and I really enjoyed the two girls who took my order. Very helpful and polite. Broccoli soup was awesome too; I definitely recommend that.

I moved here from California a year ago. When I first discovered Jason’s their pastrami was fantastic. Now they have started cutting corners. The meat is fatty and it seems to be of less quality. Why mess with success? Disappointing.

Appalled that nothing was done to an employee who took a picture of a mother nursing her child here today! Will never go here again! How disgraceful!

This happened at the Northstar location a mother was breastfeeding her 2 month old and an employee took a photo of her and when management was informed they did nothing about it! Hello by law it is her right to breastfeed wherever she is allowed to go! Then he publicly calls her out using foul language and suggesting she go to the bathroom that’s as ludicrous as me telling someone they should go eat their lunch in the bathroom! We will not be eating at Jason’s deli for this is outrageous!

It’s sickening that a manager let one of their employees disrespect and photograph a nursing mother with her newborn 2mo old baby and then blamed the MOTHER! why would that employee take a picture of a stranger? Either the sicko gets off on the idea that there is a breast, gets off on children or gets off on nursing mothers. Either way NOT someone who should be allowed to work around women and children. Until they correct this situation, word will spread. — summer mitchell smith review is the mother in this case; read her review and comments with screen cap of the employee writing to her

Jason’s never fails to please with fresh, made-to-order sandwiches. Wife loves their broccoli and cheddar soup, Salad bar is always great, freshly stocked and hits the spot with my sandwich. Consistency is welcome and we love the fountain drinks!

I’m really not a huge fan of Jason’s Deli at all. I’ve tried several of their sandwiches and I can’t seem to find one that I actually like. But, I am a huge fan of their salad bar and their strawberry shortcake that I can’t deduct any points for their sandwiches. I’ve been here several times with co-workers and am always impressed with the service, the cleanliness, and the atmosphere. As much as I don’t like the sandwiches, everything else is pretty delish to say the least!

AlwAys made to order. I’ve had the paninis, chicken pasta, salads, wraps and all you can eat salad bar. Not pricey but fried foods here but many selections. Bad thing no big tv for watching the game. But enjoy fruit and vegetables. You will feel healthy when you leave

I LOVE the salad bar. Delicious, great variety, fresh. It’s when I try anything other than the salad bar… I’m always disappointed. All else is just meh. I gave the chicken salad wrap a shake cause other Unilocalers said it was good… the pineapple IS a genius addition, yes. BUT, the rest of it was blah and boring… just canned chicken with lots of mayo on it. No spices. No other veggies for crunch and flavor. We regretted ordering it. On the bright side, we added one trip to the salad bar for $ 3.99 so we didn’t leave totally unhappy. Yay!

Not my fav. sandwich spot, but still pretty darn good. I love their broccoli cheese soup. I got Amy’s Turkey Manager’s Special — sandwich, soup, chips. This particular location gets pretty packed during lunch. We almost couldn’t find a table. Will definitely be back — –at least because it’s close to work.
