I always call and have them deliver to my work. Have not once had a problem with them. They employees are friendly, and my delivery is always on time.

I’ve had bad experiences before but tonight topped it all. I waited over 30 minutes for a sandwich and it never showed. Called to cancel my order and they questioned me as to if I even placed the order in the first place. Kept telling them I did and I had been waiting for over 30 minutes. They didn’t want me to cancel the order. But I cancelled it anyways and ordered from someone else. Everyone that I spoke to on the phone was rude and didn’t even seem to want to help me. Tried to give them one last shot and they blew it.

Finally one that is close by to work. Place is clean and staff all greeted when you first walk in. Service was quick and food was good. Also the music was great to listen to. Keep it up guys.

Normally the first complaint with a brand new spot is that the employees don’t know their menu or what they’re doing. Definitely not the case here! They were friendly, knowledgable, and reminded me of the low cal option to order a lettuce wrap, which fit my calorie allowance perfectly! I wasn’t sure about the wrap but it came out just fine.
Rating system:
5 stars = I’ll drive across town specifically for this, and rave to all my friends about it!
4 stars = Would recommend visiting.
3 stars = Average, acceptable, positive.
2 stars = You might be able to drag me in.
1 star = I will not be returning.

Alright, we finally have a Jimmy John’s in the area. Nice, clean and brand new store in McCrellis Mall. Of course the menu is standardized however a suggestion would be little cups if you want something on the side. JJ’s seems to be against things on the side. Also, Alison asked for some extras on her sandwich which she had to go back to the counter and explain that they wern’t there. The guy actually asked her, «Are you sure?!», as if we had nothing better to do than complain about phantom ingredients not being there. No a huge deal, just a minor annoyance.
Other than that not much else to say. It’s a Jimmy John’s…go and get yourself some!
