Kohl’s

The store is a mess!!! the shoe area in particular. I went to buy my son a pair of tennis shoes and when we went to pay for them they wanted to charge me a different amount, i told the cashier that it was not the same price in the tag. She acted like i was an inconvenience to her and had a bad attitude. I even had to go back to the shoe area myself to bring proof of the correct price… Anyway. they way they acted about the whole situation made me so upset we just left the store and went to academy, (next door) where they actually had the same shoes for a way cheaper price so at the end it worked out for my advantage.
Terrible customer service and a messy store. I used to love Kohl’s… Thats too bad!

won’t be back. i had to return some items sent to me by mistake. went here twice to return the items. the first time i waited forever while the clerk chit chatted with the customer infront of me. the clerk took so long and wasn’t making any headway so i left without returning the items. went back a few days later and surprise! there’s a line 10 deep. what can i say? i waited since i didn’t want to come back a third time. finally i reached the front and returned the items but they couldn’t give me a receipt for the return. WTF? a asked the manager for a receipt and she hand writes it. seriously? whatever.

This place is a mess. And the people working for this place are a bunch of fucking idiots. Fuck all those losers and I hope they all lose their fucking jobs.

Let me start off by saying I love Kohls, I always have. This was my first time at this location since we just moved here. When we walked into the store I was shocked. We stayed for about 10 minutes. I then walked out so frustrated and disgusted. I have NEVER been to a Kohls that looked like this! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! We first went over to the ladies workout gear, WHAT A MESS! Clothes where on the floor EVERYWHERE there was no order. The employees where standing around just looking at it and wouldn’t even touch it. I got so frustrated I left the section. We went to the Men’s section next. OH MY GOSH! SO NASTY! It looked like a bus dropped off 30 toddlers and they ran through the section completely destroying it. The saddest part of it all, we didn’t even go at a busy time. This was during the weekday around 10am. SERIOUSLY GUYS?! I bet they didn’t even clean the store up before closing. Highly disappointed and disgusted. I will never walk foot in this store again. Honestly, I would go to Goodwill over this store any day. At least Goodwill is cleaner than this location. So NASTY!

What a joke! I went in this place to purchase some shoes, shorts and shirts. Everything was a mess and they had people walking around trying to get people to sign up for their credit cards… no. I grab my items and I go to the register to check out. The cashier was like a zombie. I told him I had a coupon and he completely ignored it. I had to tell him three times to use the coupon before he finally entered it in the computer.
I leave and get to my car and take a second look at my shoes… two left feet.literally. I tried one on in the store and I had never had a problem before. I go back and the lady looks at the shoes and then she tells me to go find the other shoe… are you nuts??? I told her to give me a refund and then she made a face like I ruined her day. This place used to be good, but now it’s not even worth my time even though it’s 8 minutes from my house.
This is why I shop online!

Can always count on Kohls to have great prices! Plus they also allow you to use multiple coupons, which always keeps me coming back!

If I could give ZERO stars I would! There is absolutely NO organization to this store. Different styles all mixed up! Horrible!

This is my favorite location I have been into. It is set up differently than any I’ve ever seen. The counter for returns is right inside the front door so you don’t have to go allllllllll the way to the back like every other Kohl’s I’ve been into. I also loved that there were at least 3 different dressing room locations throughout the store which I thought was just so damn convenient. I also have a hard time with Kohl’s because like others have mentioned, the prices I feel can be pretty high. However, today I somehow managed to snag a cable knit sweater on sale for $ 12.99 and a pair of shoes for $ 13.99 on clearance. I know that’s a rarity!

Kohl’s always has good deals!

My husband and I actually shopped here for the first time a few days ago and had an awesome experience. As far as it being messy, it’s no more messy than any other clothing store in my opinion. We will definitely go back.

I would like to like you but you are so frustrating. You tempt me with your 20% off coupons and your little LCD sale stickers on your products. But then you frustrate me with your lack of selection. The shoe section is really frustrating. They have a decent selection (not great) of men’s athletic shoes, but the sizes are odd. Try finding your size in a normal width. Most of the shoes look like they are 4E Wides.
The men’s clothing section is very tight, with little room to move. Perhaps men are just an afterthought here. Prices for men’s athletic shorts are not very good. I would suggest browsing here and shopping at Academy.
And if you do shop here be prepared to be confused and to wait for a cashier. They try to take the next customer, but there are no signs for a queue so who even knows there is a queue to check out. Perhaps they should go to Office Max and see how they queue their customers.

I really don’t like this kohls. The one at the forum is much better and surprisingly less crowded. Also each time I come here there’s no paper towels in the bathroom :(wet hands + crowded = annoyed shopper.

New and clean store with great selection. However it is a little pricey.

Love the return policy at Kohls, although I have to use it a lot sometimes, because certain brands here will shrink up so much from washing them, or get worn looking after only wearing them once. But great customer service, and if you can’t find it in the store, they have a kiosk now that you can find it online, and have it shipped to you for free. Always a nice bonus.
