so i shopped around for custom calendars and this place had the best price plus 20% off. the website is a little tricky but once you get the hang of it it’s worth it! i do 8 – 10 calendars for presents and if you submit your order by 2 pm it will be ready the next day. you’ll get an email when they are ready for pick up. the manager for the printing center, Evan, is super nice. will be back.

Very slow customer service. Staffing has no sense of urgency when assisting customers. I waited over half an hour to get help in buying a laptop.

I’ve been waiting for about an hour for my print order (2 posters) to be completed. The order was submitted yesterday. The employee at the print shop was super courteous and very apologetic it wasn’t his fault that the job wasn’t completed, it was yesterday’s shift that dropped the ball. All of this could have been prevented with better management, employee training and a better understanding of procedure when orders are taken. Employees really can’t be at fault for something in which they never received training. So, super great job in being kind and helping me, awful job in follow through of procedure. I doubt of I’ll ever go here again.
