great location. near sprouts and michaels which i like to go. organized and it was easy to find what i was looking for. i was asked if i needed help which was nice. prices comparable to other places.

This has to be the least customer friendly Office Max ever. I walked in past closing. There was a sale on sharpies at $ 0.25 a piece. I understand it was a whopping 10 minutes after 8pm. And they opened the door and said they were closed. I mentioned I was there to grab the sharpies as it was the last day of the sale. The employee said «we’re closed,» I mentioned I wanted 3 sharpies only (as that was the limit) and pointed out there was people in line (which the sharpies were located next to the register,) he walked the manager whom was also at the register helping check people out (maybe 3 people) and he simply shook his head and said «No,» the sale was ending I wanted three sharpies next to the register fully understanding the store was closing. I think customer service like this is what gives reputable businesses a bad name. A little above and beyond never harmed any business. It would have taken all but 2 min. Max to get my sharpies and send off a happy customer.

The service is awesome. But their print station is out of date. Their fax machine is terrible. Getting charged to use such a hunk of junk is annoying. They should of paid to use it. No one wanted to help me. They just said they knew it was junk.
Won’t be back.

Went to the printing department to print an ecopy of invitation. The guy working… I think his name was Tim, was awesome. He was so helpful, very patient with my non technical self. I will for sure be going back with all my printing needs!
