Fast service and reasonably priced with a convenient location for when I am on my way home. Getting out of the shopping center can be pretty annoying but that just has to do where it is located at 281 and 1604. Very professional manner and the staff was helpful.

I had gone in because I work in the same shopping center, and have seen wonderful finished results, and a coworker of mine raved on about it, so I decided to give it a shot. I’d been needing my eyebrows reshaped for my wedding in june, so had high expectations, especially from what I’ve seen. I went in, and the customer service was bad… didn’t even get a hello, was just told to sign in. so I did, and they helped me right away. Told her just needed my brows threaded, and she barely said anything to me. it was my first time getting my brows threaded in about a year, so I knew it was going to hurt. Even after i explained that to her, she complained about how my eyes kept twitching. it’s no wonder, though, there’s a chunk of skin missing under my right brow. I didn’t bother looking up close at the job she did, because it looked fine from far. tipped her 3 bucks, but it wasn’t worth it.

Very reasonable and conveniently located! I was paying $ 55 for facial threading at another smaller shop and was floored when I read about Arch 2 Arch pricing! I felt the service was quick, thorough, and friendly. They also offer a frequent user card, which allows for you to earn free services after so many visits. I will return as a customer and recommend for others too!

The best Brazilian wax I’ve ever had! I go at least once a month and even though the pain isn’t like the first time, I’m usually in some discomfort. But Tina was AMAZING! The wax that is used isn’t harsh on the skin and very easy to remove. No leftover residue or anything. I highly recommend this place. And they even give you a reward card to earn points on every visit.

I absolutely love this place! Went here 5 times! and will be going back. There are always two ladies working and they are pleasant. The place was hygienic, they sterilize the thread. which not many threading places do! The lady I generally get my eyebrows done by, does a good job! Pretty painless. And they do give a key card for their rewards program, do sign up for it if you are going to be a repeat customer because for every 10 or 7, don’t remember the exact number but you get the next one FREE!

After losing my go to brow girl a couple of months ago, I had been looking for someone to do a decent job until she comes back. I was getting burned and/​or skin irritation with wax, so I opted for threading, and this place is conveniently located near 281 & 1604 intersection (couple of spots to the left of Sprouts) and their prices read very reasonable. I called before just to see if there was a wait time and headed out. There were two pleasant ladies working at the time. One took my daughter the other me. They were efficient and very nice. They did an excellent job! They also have a rewards program, which I signed up for since I will be a repeat customer. :)

They listen to what you want but I’m not fully satisfied with the overall threading of my eyebrows, upper lip, and chin. I always find groups of unthreaded hairs.

I was looking to get my first brazilian wax and found this place on groupon. I called and got in that same day. When I arrived I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the place was! It is very clean and they even have make-​up tips playing in the lobby (very cute touch!) I was very happy with my waxing she was sweet and made me feel comfortable. Everything was sterile and organized unlike some places I considered. I even decided to add my face which she did with the strings. Being another first for me it was almost painless and quick. I was extremely satisfied with the service I received and will definitely be going back soon!
