Logan’s Roadhouse

They weren’t busy but I might as well end to a busy place the wait for food would of been the same.
The service wasn’t great and the wait time for food was terrible.
Then when the food got here it was cold and the steak had no flavor.
Over all the only thing that was good about the visit is the rolls were fresh and hot everything else was below par and made the visit disappointing. I’m a big fan of logans but this is making me thing twice

We were there on a Sunday night at 9 P.M. Not like it was prime time dinner hour. After waiting 1 hour for our meal, watching tables of 4 (we were 2) come in order, eat and leave we asked where our order was. The supervisor told us they had no kitchen help and the manager was cooking. Our ticket has gotten lost but our order was coming right up. 15 minutes later still no food. I asked for our ticket with the drinks we had and told them to cancel the order. Few minutes later we got the ticket, paid and when they brought the receipt the supervisor said hey I took the food off but it is ready now if you want to take it with you. We said ok. 10 minutes later they brought it to us and we left. When we got back to the hotel we decided to try and eat. OMG! The steak had NO seasoning, was over cooked, too tough to chew and had burnt flakes of something all over it, The grilled shrimp was so over seasoned it could not be eaten either. The chicken was same as steak and the sides were so loaded with salt they could not be eaten either. The entire meal went in the trash.

Nov.18^th sat at a high top at the bar. I ordered a rare rib eye though it was tasty it was cooked wrong closer to medium well. I let the waitress know that if the cooks are capable of cooking rare I would like to have hem try again she assured me they could fix it and the manager will b involved. My girlfriend got the filet minion rare and it was cooked correctly but they did cut it open before they served it. They brought out a new steak and it looked exactly the same. I enjoyed my dinner but wish they knew how to cook a ribeye rare. On a second attempt taking my girlfriend and her sister out I received horrible service and a terrible steak. The Logan’s sirloin was over cooked and really just didn’t taste good at all.

Have given this place a couple try now. The service has been hit or miss. At there best I would rate the service as fair yet in the same breath I could say worst service ever. On to the food, this is there saving grace. On each visit the meal was good. Great taste and good presentation.

Mango lemonade yummy and all gone. Steak always cooked to perfection. Adults only in your party sit at the bar great service and happy hour

Worst steakhouse EVER! I ordered a sirloin and it came out undercooked and literally tasted like tin foil. The manager did get another steak that was a lot better but this time was over cooked, so I said screw it I’ll eat it (because let’s face it who wants the cook to spit in your food) the two other people that were with me ordered the original roadhouse burger, and it came out without the bar-​b-​q sauce then we asked the waitress for some and by the time we got it the burgers were half cold. And finally the facilities were a huge mess. All this at 2:00pm to 3:00 pm. NO EXCUSE FOR THIS KIND OF TROUBLE AND SERVICE.

Second time here and second time we’ve experienced BAD service. Seated quickly but our waitress took awhile to come over. We ordered two soft drinks and then waited for 10 minutes before walking out. The place wasn’t even busy!
We called the general manager as we drove off. He wasn’t too concerned.
Not ever coming back here.

Horrible service. The place was not that busy. It took over 10 minutes for a waitress to even take. Drink order. 10 more minutes for her to return and then brought the wrong drink. I walked out.

I ordered a prickly pear margarita frozen. The waitress/​bar tender brought me on the rocks. Then she takes it back and throws it in the blender after adding more ice and brings it back. It was now very watered down.
I ordered BBQ Chicken with vegetable skewer. They brought me the wrong chicken. I sent it back. The waitress/​bar tender comes back in less than 5 minutes with the same chicken (sauce has been scraped off) and some BBQ sauce poured on. It had a cold slice of cheese and some shredded cheese sitting on top. It was awful. I sent it back.
The manager came and offered me something else from the menu on the house. I declined.
He gave me a $ 10 gift card. It will never be used as I will never go back.

When I am craving vegetables I go to Logan’s! It just so happened that was the case yesterday. The vegetable plate comes with your choice of four sides (salad counts for one). I always get the salad with 1000 island, sweet potato, broccoli, and vegetable skewer. I always order an extra side of asparagus just to be safe to meet my hunger satisfaction. The salads come out first with the bread. I also really enjoy their happy hour because they have apps on happy hour (we got the potato skins) and two big beers. The food is always hot and seasoned well. The food is correctly priced and that is why I always go to Logan’s when I am feeling vegetables!
I also like the atmosphere for my family. They have cozy «booth high chairs» for the little ones. The staff seems for the most happy, so that’s always nice.

My hotel is near this place so every once in a while I walk over for a beer and if I’m really feeling brave, something to eat.
On my most recent visit I had some wings which tasted like deep fry oil. The beer was cold however and the bartender was on top of things so I forged ahead. I’ve had a steak here before too and it was average.
Overall it’s what you’d expect from a chain roadhouse but they do have plenty of TVs and free peanuts so there’s that.

So they closed 281 location and now I gave this place yet another chance. Went in at 11a on Friday.
Place was dead. Service was ok. Our waiter tried to be funny. Gave great service.
FOOD SUCKED!
Fried pickles were all clumped up and nasty. Manager came out and said” these should have never been served”. He took them off bill and asked if we wanted anything else.
My ribeye was the blandest and worst steak I have ever had. It’s my favorite cut of meat. Never have I had a ribeye with this much fat and marble! Gross!
Santa Fe fish: tortilla strips tasted old and stale and at best served luke warm. I guess the microwave wasn’t working.
Last but not least the macaroni and cheese was like soup! So they brought me fries to replace it. I had to wipe each fry from the tons and tons of salt.
THIS PLACE JUST GETS WORSE AND WORSE!!!

The service is horrible. Took forever for the waiter just to take our order. My drink took so long to come that I forgot I ordered it! There was a fly over our table the entire time. Once we ordered it took forever for our food to come. I ordered a side salad, Mac n cheese, apples and broccoli. The salad was meh. Everything else was just okay.

We went for date night and had an great time. Emily is AWESOME! Beer was good and cold. Food was good and came out hot and in a timely manner. Ambiance was good which included Emily being an active part of the experience.
I’ll be back!

Brought my grandpa here today with my husband and kids. The chicken fried steak was horribly breaded, the breading all came off when cut into, the steak itself was so tough and greasy it couldn’t be chewed. My youngest child’s chicken was so dry she couldn’t eat it, even with barbecue sauce. The most disgusting thing though was the popcorn shrimp. They do not clean the shrimp themselves and apparently neither do their distributor. Every shrimp still had its poop vein in it. Disgusting. Told the manager and he discounted it 10 whole dollars.

Yep, just as bad as the reviews said.
Got a table and then nothing. No hello, can I get you a drink, nothing. In light of the fact it was less than fifty percent capacity, totally unacceptable.
Never ate at a Logan’s before, not a good first impression, so probably won’t try again. At least not if there are other options available.

I had a hankering for a good steak and potatoes meal for my birthday, and even though this location is so close to us we had never been!
Our server (I’m kicking myself cause I don’t remember his name and can’t find my receipt) was super friendly, made yummy recommendations and gave us the right amount of attention.
I love when I order med rare and it actually is med rare! The grilled vegetables were amazing… dare I say closely outshined the steak. Happy hour pricing was spot on as well. Considering we are a family of 3 who got drinks, under $ 50 for our total was the icing on the cake!

An extra star because the server had a charismatic personality…
Unfortunately, I cannot say much for our experience. the lady’s drinks were watered down. Ordered filet mignon med rare, tasted like well done. My chicken and shrimp was overcooked and sat. Will we return? No…

Wow! This place must’ve made some improvements on their services and food based on the bad reviews here. I came here to celebrate a friend’s birthday and we had nothing but a good time!
The complimentary bread and butter were delicious. The Caesar salad was good as it had fresh croutons.
I had fried shrimp with fries. I know, right??? Who the heck orders shrimp at a steakhouse. In my defense, I had a late lunch and wasn’t quite hungry for a steak.
Our waiter was attentive and refilled our drinks at the right time. The manager came by to ensure the quality of service and we were satisfied.

I was very disappointed with this place… I didn’t want to go but my girlfriend dragged me anyway. All I wanted was a simple steamed lobster tail and a baked sweet potato. The rolls were delicious and then comes my lobster tail looking like it was dragged, dropped and scrubbed on a blackened grill.
My server looked so delighted as he dropped it off. I’m like dang where is Gordon Ramsey when you need him to throw trash against the wall. Needless to say I sent that trash back to the kitchen… On to the Unsweetened Baked potato, where they do that at??? No amount of Sugar and Cinnamon/​butter could make it work…
Logan’s You Fail… Miserably, I wish I could give you a Triple Zero, will never RETURN!!!
