Macy’s needs to get there crap together!!! Horrible service!!! The cashier lied to me made me waste my dang time and running my credit! She was in such a rush she wasn’t even sure what she was doing! This is why I never go to Macy’s!

There are two reasons I particularly did not enjoy this shopping experience: (1) The customer service here was terrible. I walked around for about 15 minutes and was never acknowledged by any employee. When I was hovering around the customer service desk, the employee was so busy chatting up her co-worker on her personal life, that she did’t even notice me standing there. (2) The fitting room was horrendous. The first thing that will smack you in the face when you enter is the smell. A simple look down at the carpet will confirm that the carpet probably has not been cleaned since they had it installed. It was originally tan and somewhere along the way it became brown and black(and most likely the source of that smell). Stepping into the fitting room, the smell was just over-powering and there were all sorts of stains everywhere(wall, carpet, etc.). I just couldn’t. You know it’s bad when they’ve tried to STAPLE the wall back together where the seams are coming apart. Seriously, as much money as Macy’s makes and they can’t afford to redo a few fitting rooms. You don’t need Undercover Boss or a consultant — my advice is free: Spend money ON your stores and people will want to spend money IN your stores.

i’ll have to remind myself not to return to this macy’s. it is easy to find right off the freeway and lots of parking. i went to look at petite suits but there weren’t any to look at. i had to use the restroom so i was forced to visit the disgusting restrooms. i walked back to my car and the parking lights weren’t working so i walked in the dark to my car. will not return.

Poor customer service or none at all. The lady named Melonie that works at the Lancome section directed me to go to the sunglass hut in the mall because I wanted help with the sunglasses but it wasn’t her department.

Went in with a $ 60 gift card hoping — but not at all expecting — to fit both a pair of khakis and a pair of jeans into that strict budget. Between badass sales and stellar customer service, I walked out with 2 pairs of khakis, the jeans, a skirt, and 4 tops(all Ralph Lauren-type name brands).. with $ 2 to spare. Happy face! Rolling Oaks Mall as a whole has ample parking and seems fairly lightly patronized anyway, so neither parking nor shopping felt at all claustrophobic. This store seems slightly smaller than other Macy’s I’ve been in(and doesn’t quite have that enchanting«La Cantera aroma. .boo!) but it’s clean and well laid-out. I’m not sure if it’s intended to be an outlet-type store, but they seemed to be having trouble keeping up with the sheer amount of clearance/sale price tagging(many, many sales going on, to include racks and racks of clearance items that were an additional 60−80% off… score!). .a bit confusing trying to tally into my mental budget, but Brendrice was *super* about navigating price tags for me, and directing me to specific areas of the ladies department where I might find cute(not OLD lady) things for the best deals.(I may be a mom, but I have a strict«Just say NO to Mom Jeans» policy) At checkout, Rami was absolutely awesome, ticking off every possible option that might save me some cash, whether it was if I downloaded the Macy’s app, her finding a coupon/discount code at the register, etc. That ended up being me purchasing a $ 2 pin to benefit the American Heart Association(kinda fitting, as I have a congenital heart defect myself) and saving an additional 20% of my entire purchase. Winning! A superpleasant.. and fruitful.. experience! I need to put this Macy’s, and Rolling Oaks in general, on my radar more frequently for when thrifting just isn’t an option.

Staff is nice but the styles are so old looking, they only bust out the good stuff closer toward the holidays. The guys shoe department sucks as with other Macy’s and dept stores.

Not sure if they are going through a renovation or what but this Macy’s wasn’t that great. There were empty shelves and racks everywhere! The selection of dress shirts was sub-par and the customer service rep kept trying to get me to buy the most expensive merchandise in the store. It wasn’t a pleasant shopping experience at all and that’s SUPER important to me. I’m a huge fan of Macys– I love the brands they carry and even have their card but I guess not all Macys are the same.

Ack. Oh Macy’s… This one is particularly small for a Macy’s and focuses on what I term the«crap» items that line isles and clog up endcaps. You know, the random blenders, desk top pool tables, etc. I don’t know if it’s company policy or just this place, but the do inventory and stock during business hours. So don’t show up until an hour after they’re open if you want any customer service. Speaking of, the list of things they can’t do here extends far beyond the list of things they can do. Such as put batteries in watches they stock, get inventory for another local store and answer the phone.

Nice selection of goods and sales – more than some other places. Prices are a little high. Very nice store.
