They have new owners. Fresh paint, real darts, golden tee, good jukebox, and great live music. The new owners are good about posting band schedules and events to FB. They have had good appetizers for a while now. They also got rid of the measured pouring machine. Bar staff is excellent. New flat screens. Nice patio out back that is partially covered. Heaters in the winter. It’s a nice place to relax.

Wendy is awesome! I love all the barstaff, but Wendy is my favorite. Great place to relax and have some cold beer.

This is a chill little bar… I kind of liked it. I came here with a coworker for a beer. There were not many people at the time, but it was ok, minus the shady older men eyeing me at the bar. Oh well, it was early. Maybe it picks up more later in the evening.

Main street, is another institution in this NE side area. It may change owners and get the occasional make-over, but it will never go away. This place stays strong because of the regulars… you can tell who are the regulars. I haven’t been here in over 5 yrs and I swore I still saw the same people from way back when. They revamped the outdoor area by adding pretty Target outdoor furniture with free flowing drapery. The inside is about the same, maybe they resurfaced the table tops. I remember they used to always have munchies, i.e. nacho bar, hot dogs, any kind of cheap fare. Tonight there was no free food, but hey if you’re that hungry they sell bags of chips. The drinks are usual dive bar price between 3 – 5 bucks. Here’s the worst of it, this is usually done because owners don’t trust their bartenders… METEREDPOURS. Oh how the bar industry comes to a grinding halt. Yep, no extra tip of the bottle, just a nice 1 ounce pour for your vodka/cran. So I suggest stick to beer. I know they have live bands and they have other activities, however, I’m pretty sure you have to call or go early to find out what’s on the event board for the evening. I went on a Saturday and there were no bands, just the jukebox.

Been in here a few times. Agree with Dina Friendly neighborhood bar, seems like most are regulars. Was strange to see 5 or 6 kittens out on back patio. Very nice wait and bar staff. Always have free bar snacks. only downfall as i get older the smoke bothers me more, but its a bar so i deal with it.
