If I could give negative stars I would! Worst place to get your mattress! The guy was nice and had helped us pick out a mattress. We paid in full to get the mattress, delivery, and haul away our old one. Then came time for delivery. We were given a date that it would be delivered on a Friday, heard nothing from them so called and he said he forgot about the holiday (which was the Monday after it should have been here). We were understanding and he said it would be here in another week. That day comes and we hear nothing from him AGAIN! We call and he says a truck came and he would call us and give us a 30min window of when he would be here. Once AGAIN heard nothing from them. Got a call today saying it won’t be here AGAIN until this coming Thursday! Ridiculous!!! Please don’t waste your time with them!

The owner was very attentive and knowledgeable, and showed us several options in each budget range. Delivery went smoothly a few days later. I’d definitely shop here again.

Owner was very nice and helpful. We gave him our budget and he made sure we stayed within it. We found a great bed that he thought he had a floor model in King size back at his warehouse. Unfortunately it was a queen, so he hooked us up with a brand new better and more comfortable mattress for the same price. There is no way I could have got a better deal anywhere else. He even kept the place open late so we could try out the new bed, then delivered it us that evening. I hope he succeeds in his plans to open more locations. Before you buy online or go to another mattress store, save yourself some time and money and go to the Monkey first.

Great prices and so much to inventory to pick from. The guys there are not pushy but they are very helpful. Mattress stores usually creep me out but this one is cool.

I chose to go with Mattress Monkey because the reviews were good and I wanted to give the business to an independent vendor. Sadly my experience was not what I hoped for. The showroom is clean and open with mattresses for every budget. I was offered a good deal on the set I chose. Unfortunately it wasn’t in stock, but expected arrival to the store in 7 – 8 days. 10 days later I called the store to check in, and was told it had arrived a few days earlier but the company delivering it damaged it, so another had been ordered, and would arrive that day, but then was asked to wait one additional night. The day after I called and he said it hadn’t come, but offered to bring me the damaged mattress to sleep on for one night. He brought the mattress, but said I had to leave the plastic cover on otherwise he wouldn’t get a refund for the mattress from the manufacturer. So the next day (a Friday) the replacement did arrive and was brought out. While there he offered me a lower profile box spring, which I agreed to, said it would come the next week. 2 weeks later I still hadn’t received a call, so I called and they said it would be delivered that night. It never showed up. I called and owner said his new employees ‘forgot’ to deliver it. Came an hour late the next day, no apology for anything with this entire ordeal, which was almost a month from start to finish. Poor communication and disorganized.

Disorganized and not very reputable. Steer clear and save yourself a major headache. Deliveries keep getting postponed

Called to ask a couple of questions about a spring box I needed to buy. They were very helpful, answered all my questions and even took my order/​payment over the phone! They warned me of a probably 1 – 2 day delay in shipment arrival date, when there was a delay they called and told me about it.
When spring box arrived they called, I arrived to pick it up. They loaded, tied down and secured my spring box! Great and awesome customer service. I would highly recommend them to anyone searching for a mattress/​spring box.

Let me say this. Garren is a good guy. I drive by this place twice a day and was needing a new mattress. No hard sales tactics, but just good info. The prices are competitive and the customer service was great. I would recommend this place. He plans on opening a new location, due his good sales.

If i could give 0 stars i would. Paid a pretty penny to get a king size mattess set on the 1^st of feb. Was told it would be in on the 4^th then told the 6^th then 7^th then 9^th then 11^th and now being told it will be in the 13^th. Ask to speak to the manager. He never contacts me. And now to cancel the order they are making me pay a «restocking» fee when the order has not even left the warhouse. The owner has told me numerous time he would contact me personally to let me know when the truck was arriving yet have not heard from him. Piece of tradh place.

One my friend said she got a great deal from Garren who works here. Told my parents about it, went with them and he hooked them up with an amazing deal. He was real knowledgable about the different Matresses to help you find one that fits your needs. Really nice guy. If your looking for a Matress go here!

Very friendly! He gave us an AWESOME grand opening deal on my brand new mattress/​box spring. I definitely recommend the Mattress Monkey!
