I do not understand why it took me 14 mins in a drive they to order one large sweet tea and nothing else at 930 pm. When I pulled up to the window the guy could careless about my concerns while 2 guys stood in the office behind him playing on thief phones instead of helping out and getting the drive thru lane working properly. Please explain to me how difficult it is to pour tea already made into a cup. 14 mins maybe we should lower the hourly pay til they can get it right or better yet the owner should step in and fix it.

I went to the drive thru and the lady was rude and looked very unhappy. She also forgot to give me ketchup and the fries they gave me was old too.

this could possibly be the worst mcdonalds yet.
the food was terrible and the service was even worse.
i waited in the supposed convenient two lane drive-​thru only for them to assist the other lane for a good 20 minutes before acknowledging my lane.
i am beyond furious, i thought this was supposed to be «fast food»?
i guess i was mistaken, i will not be returning to this facility again.
what a great way to ruin my day, thanks.
if i could give negative stars believe me i would.

I LOVE HOW FAST THEY ARE!!!
It was a bit annoying while they were renovating the drive-​thru, but now there are TWO LANES! The staff is SUPER SWEET and always keep the inside clean. You can usually get through the drive-​thru in 2 minutes or faster in the morning. I don’t know how they do it… but it’s remarkable!

As far as McDonald’s goes, this is one of the better ones. As Sirena says, it is always clean. However, it is also alway busy and there is not enough room to form lines to the registers, so a lot of confusion and congestion usually occurs.
Also, watch the parking on the entrance side of the building — if you park on this side (the east side) you might find your car blocked in by the drive through line — take my advice and drive around the building, make a U-​turn, and park on the west side of the building.

Very clean facility! The restrooms are always clean and so is the dinning area and behind the counter! They have two drive threw speakers so be considerate of the person behind you and drive all the way up to the first speaker! They have a quick response time and very fast service for both walk in customers and drive through customers! They are very friendly and show great customer service!
I love the McGriddles and orange juice! :) that’s by far my favorite! I wished now they only served breakfast 24 hrs also!
The location is much more convenient to UTSA and the drive through caters to many late night college student study bugs! :) I highly recommend it!
