Twice this office has refused service to my husband and I for apparently being late. My appointment today was apparently 2:15 and I arrive 2:20(I thought I was 10min early– 2:30 appt is what was confirmed last week) I could not believe that the doctor would not see me. I guess they do not need the business. Very bad front office service: Front office needs to not feel they waste their time by calling your insurance to verify benefits ahead of time, not on my time. I should not have to be there early to give front office time to create my folder either. Doctor does not value my time either; my driving time, baby sitter I got to be told no again for being 5min late? After I was told my appt was 2:30 the week before not 2:15. I think front office confuses themselves because they want to make sure your their early. Front office needs new management. You’re loosing patients because your check in process is horrendous.

Dr. Leineny attentive. Staff is horrible and it merits 0 stars. Not helpful, forget that they will relay a message to you. While waiting a receptionist was giving false info«from doctor» to patients then laughing about it. Lobby and examining room are disgusting and filthy. Great doctor, but search for a new one continues.

Excellent staff and care providers. Dr. Richmond is a class act. Only drawback is the parking(you can always park up the street if you are willing to leg it for a a block or two).
