My kids love this library. Most of the librarians are very nice, except for one of them who some times is quite rude. My kids really enjoyed their summer reading program and they got a book and coupons for free ice cream, that was a great treat. We wish their kids area was bigger. Also, since they are in a high school campus, during school hours you have to show your ID, and it’s hard to find a parking space.

This library is found under the radar… It still doesn’t come up when I check in even tho I have become a regular. It is located inside Roosevelt High School on the corner of Walzem and Ray Bön. The entrance faces Ray Bön. On school days, you must show your ID to the front desk and they will print a sticker with your name and picture for you to attach to your clothes while inside. On your way out, your turn it in for discard. I have been finding myself returning here instead of Oakwell Tobin branch because it seems the wait is shorter for the computers. The check in for computers is still old school with a sign up sheet, timers, and librarian letting you know your time is up. I like the set up at the location. Plenty of tables for reading and studying. Be sure to give it a try if you live near the area.
