After exhausting every method of attempting to quit smoking I thought I’d give it one last try. I met with Kathy, and she asked several questions to get a feel of what I needed. After leaving, I felt quite relaxed, but still skeptical because I was still craving nicotine. Luckily the session included a CD that she recommended listening to every night for 30 days. I feel that is the key to successfully quitting. The CD also helps me get to sleep. I ripped it onto my PC, then transferred it to my phone for headphone use. I highly recommend Kathy for smoking cessation. I may return for another non related session. I believe she truly cares about her customers well being. And is very thorough in finding what your needs are.
