IMMEDIATE IMPACT: Cozy and classy place. I went in having to have a few acrylic nails removed from a botched job done elsewhere and was treated like I was priority. One thing that stood out for me when she began was when she (Kim) began applying my new tips she was thorough with the glue whereas most locations will skimp on it resulting in a lot of lifting. I had a pleasant and thorough experience throughout. I have been to SEEEEEVEEEERAAAALLL salons and this is my new favorite. ASK FOR KIM!

Not very clean facility and the lady who painted my nails was all over the place. The tools they used were not very sanitary from my perspective. I could not wait to leave that place.

Words can’t explain how much I love this place!!! I moved to SA to attend law school and felt so frustrated, trying to look for the perfect nail salon. I tried over 5 places that either hurt me, charged way too much, or were super dirty! From the moment I called this place, I got such a friendly vibe! When I walked in, the place was super clean and very well put together. I met Kim (my miracle worker now)! She was simply amazing with my nails and I have been going to her ever since! I recommend this place 100% and trust me, I’m picky! They are the best nail salon in SA!

This is my favorite place to get my nails done because shellac will look good for nearly four weeks. It’s been the same three people working there for the past five years I’ve gone and they are always so friendly. They don’t pressure you into anything either and the establishment is clean.

I’ve lived in San Antonio for 2 years now and refuse to go to any other nail shop. Their prices are a little bit higher than nail shops in Houston, but I think that’s just all nail shops in San Antonio. Their customer service is wonderful and they do a great job of cleaning my feet which is what I am most picky about. Definitely recommend!

I came back after all. You do get a good pedicure here and I usually enjoy the experience. I had to wait 20 minutes but in the cold off season you can’t expect them to have a large staff just waiting around.

I have been coming here for over a year and every time Jenny does a fantastic job! The small family owned salon is very nice, welcoming and has great service. I’m very happy when I leave there and will continue to go back. I get lots of compliments and recommend Jenny every time. Call ahead to make an appointment Jenny is always busy, she’s the best!

Read the reviews on this place and thought my experience would have been better. I just got shellac on my toes for valentines day and my mom got her pedicure. I sat and watched her tech. Use the same instruments from her previous pedicure client, least to say she saw me staring and right away went to «wash» the tools. A man did my shellac in the pedicure chair, and I loved the color paid $ 20 just for the polish only to see days later the whole polish lifted by Sunday! I kept calling them back and they never answered. Don’t think I’ll get the shellac here again, but my mom enjoyed her pedicure.

Until I moved to San Antonio in 2000, I had never set foot in a nail salon, As I’ve gotten older, it’s gotten harder and harder to work nail clippers. A friend suggessted that I go to a nail salon. I’ve tried a few, but Nails Tran is the best for both friendly service and price by far!

Jenny does a beautiful job on nails. Family owned, very friendly and great service ethic. I’ve tried a lot of nail shops, and only found two folks that did beautiful long lasting no-​lifting nails. Jenny is one of the best!
