New Balance

New Balance is the only athletic shoe company that still makes shoes in the U.S., that alone is what brought me to this store. Their good service and clean store is what keeps me coming back.

Awesome customer service, was able to get a pair that weren’t released to the public yet from their salesman that were going to be sent to my house. Highly recommended

The New Balance store is a great place to get the perfect shoe! They have every type from running to casual dress styles! The staff is knowledgable and very helpful. They are also very friendly and customer oriented. My biggest beef is the price of their shoes but then I am cheap! Give them a go and give me your commits!

Since I spend a lot of time standing, my feet are very important to me. And unfortunately I have a wide foot, so it’s difficult for me to find comfortable sports shoes. Here I have found the right shoes for my feet and even though it’s a bit pricey, they are worth every cent. The other thing that I like about this store is that they keep a record of the shoes you have bought in the past, so you can go straight to the latest style in your size without having to try on several pairs. To me that saves time, especially if I’m shopping for my husband.

I’ll add a good review: signed-​in, waited my turn (wasn’t too busy this day), was fitted with a pair of heavenly 1260’s. Excellent service!

I love New Balance, but I had a particularly crappy experience today at the Huebner location. I went in intending to buy some socks and sneaker balls. As I entered, I decided I also wanted to browse the men’s sneakers because I need a replacement pair for my old 992’s. I went to the men’s section and almost immediately an employee came out from the back with a pair of sneakers and said, «Excuse me», while he fitted a gentleman DIRECTLY in front of the men’s shoe rack. At this point, there was hardly anyone in the store, and there was plenty of open seating to fit the gentleman. Heck, he could have moved the seat he and his wife were on to let customers browse. But, I guess that would have made too much sense. I waited for him to give his personalized attention to the gentleman (which I appreciate at New Balance) for ten minutes before I decided I didn’t want to wait for this moron to move so I could look at $ 150 sneakers. So, I decided to just purchase the socks and sneaker balls. When I got to the registers, one was tied up for five minutes and the other was broken. I put everything back and decided it wasn’t in the cards for this New Balance store to ever receive my business again.

I went to New Balance earlier in the year on a recommendation from my husband. You see, he had gone to New Balance a few months prior with the thought that he would figure out which pair of shoes he wanted and would then buy online as he had a discount coupon. He told me the service was so great that he went ahead and bought the shoes right then and there from the helpful salesman.
I was looking to purchase my first real pair of athletic shoes as I was in the middle of my training for a ½ marathon and was seriously needing some professional foot ware.
I was immediately approached by a young salesman and let him know that my two «musts» were that the shoes be for running and that they are vegan.
The salesman was great, measured feet and inquired my needs in depth.
I left with a great pair of shoes that took me through the rest of my training, the ½ marathon and now lots more awesome outdoor Texas activities.
