Wish I could give it zeros. Terrible place! Awful event! This is the second time I’ve been to a concert/event here and I was hoping that it wouldn’t be as horrible as my previous experience so I gave it another try… yeah right. Paid $ 40 to get in for a concert and the act didn’t come on till after 2AM! Then they ran out of beer and well drinks… Hmmm yeah right just an effort to syphon more money from an already pissed crowd. Never going to this place again. I should have learned my first time but don’t waste your time or money absolutly not worth it. Owner is just about getting paid.

The Cuban Sandwich is to die for. The bread is a crusty baguette and is Delicious, but it’s not authentic. The ingredients, however, are top notch including the slow roasted pork, «Lechon Asado», the ham, pickles and mustard. The sandwich is then placed in a panini press and served with fried green plantains, «tostones». The restaurant should avoid serving it with the horrible shredded lettuce and tomato slice«salad». I have had Cuban Sandwiches from«La Bodegita Del Medio» from both Havana and Puerto Vallarta, «Versailles» from Los Angeles and I must say this sandwich from Old San Juan is certainly comparable. Kudos!

Is it possible to give zero stars? What a waste of time. After standing at the hostess podium for three minutes(there are two tables of people in the place by the way), the bartender comes over and acts like we should know to seat ourselves even though there’s no «Please Take A Seat» sign. When our waitress finally gets to us we have to ask for menus because apparently we shouldn’t have seated ourselves. We were brought our water and ignored for almost ten minutes before leaving. I’d love to tell you the chips or the food or something redeemed their horrible service, but I wouldn’t know. All I can say was their water was … well, wet.
