horrible customer service. cashier rushed us through the order so she can go on break, I’ve worked fast food for 2 years, I understand wanting to go on break but you can wait 5 minutes to properly help out your customers. lukewarm food, honestly skip this restaurant and drive to the next closest one to you.

It’s probably silly to write a review for a fast food restaurant, but I was pretty upset with my experience earlier this week. We were really craving orange chicken, so even though they already had a long line, we thought it would be worth the wait. Boy were we wrong. There was a girl who seemed to be an employee but off the clock, visiting and chatting with other workers, taking up space in the crowded lobby area by the trays. Then the people in front of us, who also appeared to be friends with the staff, were being incredibly boisterous, constantly joking with their friends that they should get their food for free since they were friends, and intentionally distracting/messing with the staff to the point that they were spilling food and had to remake the plates — delaying the process for the rest of us(by this point 5) behind them. It took us about 10 minutes just to talk to the first rice/veggie person, a long time for fast food, especially with a toddler in tow, and there were two other nice gentlemen behind us who were both ordering family platters, but yet had to wait behind this obnoxious crew and friends who were wanting free stuff. Maybe if this chain was more customer-centric instead of being a hang out for their buddies, I wouldn’t be so annoyed. We were not even extended an apology for the wait. Hopefully next time I visit this doesn’t happen again.

Same Chain Panda Express food, Americanized Chinese food but I still love lot! I would recommend finding another Panda in the area. Customer service is horrible. After ordering I had to wait 5 minutes to pay for my food. An employee informed the cashier, however her phone was more important. Doesn’t seem as if customer service is their main concern. I had to ask for chili sauce three times and oh yeah, thank goodness I asked for chopsticks too or I would have had to eat with my hands. Employee touched phone, hair and face and she didn’t even bother to wash her hands or use hand sanitizer. So glad she wasn’t the one who made my plate. Take your chances here…

Much as I love Panda Express this location sucks !! Idk maybe just the day I went in and ordered my favorite meal(Kung pao chicken with fried rice bowl) The chicken had that old taste like it shouldn’t of been cooked in the first place and the rice was so dry. Maybe it’s just this area. I know for a fact this place don’t get to much business like the others and I see why.

possibly the worst Panda Express ever(and that says a lot). been here a few times and they are ALWAYS out of practically everything. You either have to wait for them to make new batches, or order the only entrée still remaining(which usually looks as if its been sitting there since last night).

I ate lunch here a few days ago, not a very good experience. The noodles tasted burnt and my colleague noticed this also. I had the orange chicken and it didn’t seem very fresh. The fountain drinks also were flat and gross. The service was acceptable but quality of the food was subpar. I won’t be going back here any time soon.

Im sitting here now & just saw the manager/maybe owner cough on the food, realize what he’d done, look around to see if anyone noticed, & thinking no one had, continue about his business. Eeeeew! I immediately lost my appetite & quit eating…

I love Panda Express… just not this one. Blah! All of the other ones I’ve been to have had fresh or we’ll make it fresh food. At this location, the food looks like it has been sitting there all day, and it tastes that way as well. My husband and I gave it 3 tries and it failed every time. We always left unsatisfied and my husband got sick after the third visit. It’s a shame because we really like the food– just not at that location. The staff seems inattentive. Maybe will visit again in another 6 months.

My kids love this place so, they drag me there often. The food is not very good I think it is on par with a bad chinese buffet. Who knows how long the food has been sitting there but it is never fresh and never very good! Hopefully soon my kids will fall out of love with this place.
