I’ve been coming here for a while but I won’t be a regular any more. Last few visits have been far from relaxing. They are doing your nails while you’re getting a pedicure. They get you part way through your service and then start another customer, juggling several at a time while keeping you waiting. The whole service feels disorganized and rushed. But the thing that makes me no longer a customer was the painful, bruising leg and foot massage from one of the men. I kept telling him it hurt and he ignored me or didn’t understand. I’m sure I’m like everyone else that enjoys their time at the nail salon — it’s a time to relax and enjoy being pampered. Unfortunately P&W has stopped pampering customers so I’m looking for a new salon.

I am so sad my every other weekly pedis will have to come to an end here! Not because I want to– but because I moved away! I loved coming to P&W nails! The staff was so friendly and they always did a great job! It’s also very clean which is a huge thing for me! I also never had to wait, max maybe 5 minutes when they were busy. If you live in the area, I would totally recommend this salon! Also, they do great eye brow waxing! They are very good at listening to how you want them(thick, thin) and getting them just right!

I came to the salon because it’s right by my house and the photos on Unilocal indicated that they can do the popular designs going around the Internet, like the different shapes and jewels. When I got there I asked to double check that they can do then and even showed her a picture, and she said yes. She told me to have a seat and wait. It was right before the holidays so i understand that they were busy, but when she had me sit down I asked if she wanted to see picture and she kept brushing it off. Finally I showed it to her and she refused to do what I asked. After arguing over it I finally gave up and just let her to a plain shellac manicure with one bejeweled finger, not what I wanted. Two days later I noticed half the jewels were on upside down and they looked musty, and 3 have already fallen off. They were not nice at all in there, and unwilling to do what I the client asked. I would not return, and I would not recommend it.

I came to this salon because I was looking for one that does decorative nails. I called ahead to ask and make sure they did, they said yes. So I went and took a picture of what I wanted done and showed them to double check when I got there that I could get it done. The woman said yes and told me to sit and wait. I waited for 45 minutes. Once I was finally asked to have a seat at a chair and told them again what I wanted, the woman refused to do what I showed her. She said it was too time consuming for her, too this, too that, when I specifically called ahead to see if they do this kind of detail work. Which, by the way, it was not intricate. I ended up paying $ 40 for regular shellac and all she did was put rhinestones on one nail. Also, as I was having them done, I would ask her to fix something I noticed, like when she missed the side, or the polish wrinkling, somehow her response was always«that’s your fault you shouldn’t have moved,» «that’s your fault you should have been paying attention.»

This is my favorite place to go for a mani/pedi. Never seems to have a wait and the staff is always very pleasant and do outstanding work. Went yesterday for a deluxe pedicure and was worth every penny. I also asked for nail art that I found on Pinterest and the girl did an amazing job.

Just got my nails done today 10−29−14. The lady who did my nails was very nice but the job done was terrible and over priced. Paid $ 26 for a fill and there are bumps and not smooth at all. Place was a lot older with elevator music and very old staff. will not return

I am sad to write this; because I have come here several times– but it’s time to move on. My nail guy left; so I tried it out as a walk-in. Big mistake. I got a pedicure this past weekend. I just wanted to relax and get my toes done. The lady who did my toes butchered my big toe. I did not know how deep she was going to go with the corners; or I would have said something. Not only did she cut my corner way too deep– she RIPPED that portion out of my toe.(Even deeper!) Needless to say, I am wearing heels today and it is VERY sore. I am very worried it’s going to become ingrown. That’s just great. The paint job is sub-par. I know 10 year olds that could have done this better. Paint is missing in certain sections. She also bumped my other big toe after the paint job and did not fix it.(I did see her look up to see if I noticed and then tried to do something. The right thing to do would be to repaint it.) At this point, I was pretty upset and just wanted to leave– so I did not say anything. I know they are clean. I know some of them are nice. But that does NOT mean you will get a decent, quality nail job. My sore toe better start feeling better and better not be ingrown. I am not sure who they are hiring now– but this is not what I remember from times past.

Love this place! Staff is friendly and place is clean. I always make an appointment with Tim who is quite the perfectionist! Good prices and they always ask if anyone wants a drink upon arrival.

This nail salon is as good as it gets! I’ve tried every nail salon in the Blanco/Bitters/Huebner area and have been disappointed until I found Pink & White Nails. I just wish I had tried them sooner. The owner/manager, Hannah, is very sweet and caring and very good at making you feel important. And Kim, my nail girl, is excellent at what she does. I have never loved my nails this much before! Ever. It is sort of hidden back in a strip center on the northwest corner of Huebner and Bitters but totally worth it! Check it out.

Very clean, and the ladies are sweet. However, when I spend $ 80 on a mani/pedi, I want it to last more than a week. My nails started chipping around day 5 when I was told they should last about 3 weeks. Very disappointing. I did have some lifting and lots of tiny bubbles in the gel, which I’ve never seen before. Can’t recommend this place to anyone, and needless to say, I won’t be going back.

I almost don’t want to review this nail salon for fear that they will get too busy! I had such a nice and relaxing time here! This is a very nice nail salon! It is very clean. The customer service is excellent and I really appreciated how friendly they are. My manicure was exceptionally nice!
