Best pizza in San Antonio. The garlic knots are insane!

It would be nice before ordering out for delivery to let your customers know that you can’t deliver! You waisted my time and waiting and ordering food from you all for nothing. .bad experience, will never give you the business. Thanks for nothing.

Great small pizza joint. Great crispy crust with awesome selection of toppings. Appetizers are great as well. Friendly staff and super easy to order and quickly pick up.

Ordered a pizza for pick up. Ready on time and their supreme with just about every topping was great. For me the crust makes a great pizza and theirs beats every chain I have tried.

We tried this place because we like to support local businesses. My husband liked his calzone, but the pizza was not good, and for the price it was very disappointing. Looking around most of the customers were eating pasta or sandwiches… I guess I should have gone that route. I had 2 pieces and left the rest l on the table. Unfortunately, this is not our new neighborhood pizzeria.

I just had a very unpleasant experience with the owner. I had placed an order online through in the past with no issues. Today, I placed an order online and minutes after, I received a call from the owner of the restaurant asking for my address(which was already provided through EatStreet to them). When I provided my address, he immediately started arguing with me that they didn´t deliver«all the way there»(7 miles), while someone on the other side of the phone kept telling him«it’s just here, it’s by my house» I explained that in fact on October 18th they had delivered to my house and I could prove it through my profile on EatStreet and he kept just saying THATISNOTPOSSIBLE in a very rude way, I told him if that was all he was going to keep on repeating then just don’t bring it, and he yelled at me we are NOT going to bring it and hung up on me. I just called EatStreet to complain and they were able to confirm my order went through so now I will have to deal with the inconvenience of waiting for my refund. Extremely disappointed. These kids need to learn the most elemental lesson in their business: Customer is ALWAYS right, just lost one.

Ordered bbq chicken pizza and Mozzarella Sticks. The sticks were quite good, but pizza was one of the worst I’ve had. Also the wait staff sort of stood around while my girlfriend and I had to wipe down all the old crumbs and food from the table. Won’t be back.

Had a small pizza from them, barbecue with pineapple. Was fairly pleased. I’m normally not a crust eater, but I devoured the whole thing in a single sitting like a hedon. Will happily do so again if I’m in the neighborhood and have a hankering for thin crust pizza.

Went for lunch and was impressed with how generous their portions were. We got the cheesy garlic bread appetizer(delicious!) and the lunch deal which includes two slices of pizza(which were each cut almost twice as large as a normal piece). The prices are very reasonable as well! Great service and tasty food!

A great family atmosphere and the staff is always very friendly! I highly recommend this restaurant as a small hidden local Italian pizzeria. The prices are very affordable and I will return time and time again !!

Yesterday was my second pick up order and I’m happy to say that there will not be a third! When I order the Chicken piccata I expected there to be a decent amount of chicken! It literally had what looked like two pieces of chicken Mc nuggets on top of Neverending pasta, which I guess by loading the plate with only pasta they assumed I wouldn’t notice the lack of chicken. Then I call and ask for a manager to speak with and I get the owner! Who basically tells me to drive all the way back and show her the plate cause that’s what I want to do at 10 o’clock at night! Well never again and I would not recommend! Unilocal wouldn’t let me post without selecting a star, I wish I could leave it blank!

Super impressed with the pizza. Not greasy at all and super yummy! Service was great and loved that it was kid friendly. Will definitely go back!

A nice modern looking pizza place on the north side. It is a smaller place, and that gives it a charm, particularly if you live in and around the area. The pies are fine and there is good variety of choices, but it is priced higher than I would have expected. The taste of the pizza is good, though it is not elevated to the level of a Dough or a Grimaldi’s. The pasta choices are not as nice, and we have never tried the subs, but I would assume they are fine. However, on our visits, the low point has been the slow service, and it has kept us from going there more often. Perhaps that has changed. We will see at some point in the future.

While I would’ve given 5 stars for their excellent pizza and sandwiches, the pasta side of the menu is lacking. Had a horrible chicken piccata. The chicken was actual rubber… Completely inedible. Nice people there and good service. Stick with what they do well and you won’t be disappointed.

The food is awesome! The service is even better! The specialty Pizza, Canzones, Salads, Pasta and Sub’s are all top level with a flavor of their own! I have had them all and have never been disappointed! The staff and owners are friendly and always make for a great visit! I highly recommend Cosa Nostra!

Horrible customer service. Walked in, sat at at dirty table(away from the door) waited about 10⁄15 min or so before I decided to leave due to no one coming to help us. I’m usually a regular but things here have been getting worse.

Came into the place with an open mind and an empty stomach and was quite pleased. I’m pizza fan so naturally my taste buds lead me to a fresh pie. I had ordered the Spinach and Ricotta cheese pizza topped with Italian sausage for a total of $ 19.50 but with the check in discount I rolled out paying $ 17. The crust on the pizza was excellent and the toppings were pretty good. Compared to other places I would rank Cosa Nostra Pizzeria 4 stars. Service was good as well and very attentive on our needs. Great place for a good lunch and dinner for sure!

Meh. Just moved to town and wanted pizza delivery while we were unpacking. Ordered a large pizza and while it was delivered in the mentioned time frame it just sort of sucked. It was only a bit warm when it got here and really didn’t have nearly enough sauce or cheese on it. Very dry and chewy. I wouldn’t recommend and I won’t order again.

The service and food was extraordinary. Happy to have found this place. Highly recommend it. They went out of their ways to accommodate our needs and what we wanted. We would definitely be coming back soon and bring him the whole family. The prices were reasonable and the menu has something for everyone.

On NYE I decided to try something other than Chinese delivery and GrubHub pointed me to Cosa Nostra. Their menu has a lot of options from apps and subs to pasta and pizza and I decided on mozz sticks, fried ravioli and a chicken parmesan sub. About an hour later, the food arrived and after opening up the containers, I became hulk-level pissed. The sub? Bread was burnt to a freakin’ crisp(picture included) with a dry plank of chicken drowned in meat sauce. The apps? Cold and freezer-food tasting. Never, ever ordering from here again and I suggest you steer clear of the suckfest that is Cosa Nostra too.
