Pizza Hut

I know, I know, I should have remembered from the last time I ordered delivery from here. But my heart always thinks businesses don’t intend to be bad and that maybe I got them on a bad day. No such luck. Ordered pizza and soda. Took 30 minutes to make and almost an hour to deliver. I called and was told that they only had one delivery person and they were busy. Ah yes, the same excuse as the last time I ordered. By the time the delivery person arrived the pizza was slightly warm and since it had steamed in the box for almost an hour it was a soggy mess but the soda was cold. It’s a shame. This is a busy area of town. One delivery person? No tip for the driver which is very unusual for me. It started at $ 10 and as time went by it kept going down and down until when he finally got here there was nothing to give him. The delivery man was clean, well put together and even apologized. I’ve learned my lesson.

Came in for the buffet. salad bar was good… not a large variety as other Pizza Huts have. their pizza selection was slim as well, now granite I came in after the lunch rush so pizzas were in the oven (according to server) pastas were good, pizza good… customer service was good… quick refills on drinks and checkout

After trying this place twice and being disappointed again I felt I had to write a review. The pizza dough was soft and mushy on top of that very greasy. Would not recommend this location of Pizza Hut.

Crappy customer service.
Phone ordered for pick up a 24 piece wing order. We arrived a few minutes early to see the wings still in fryer. Wings came up and sat for 10 minutes before anyone came from the back to sauce them. A guy came from the back and told another guy to grab pizzas off the oven and that the wings would be fine as I stood silently waiting at the counter.
5 more minutes went by before the wings were sauced and packaged. So from the time off the call, when I was told 15 minutes to when I actually received the wings was 35 minutes.
The wings weren’t even hot anymore. We received a refund.
Going to stay with Domino’s or Papa John’s.

In one word. Horrible. First off, they get the pizza here 30 minutes late, and then when asked they refuse to give a reason as to why they were late. Better yet, now the pizza’s are cold. When I asked why over the phone they decided to just tell me to deal with it, or they could send me a new pizza. When the new pizza does get here, it is also 30 minutes late and it is cold once again. My one suggestion is that they get their heads’ out of there asses.
