Worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever been to! Ordered an order of cheese sticks and they came out burnt. Asked them to remake them & they were still burnt but this time with a hair on them. Disgusting place and rude employees that can care less! Ended up getting my money back and going to another location. Save your time and gas.

This place sucks. Don’t go there. The manager was rude, she didn’t help us + told us they are out of specials. Unless i asked all they wanted to do was close. We waited very long. Overall terrible place, horrible attitude, they were eating up front while serving us.

I was in a parking lot earlier today when one of the delivery drivers parked in myself and 3 other people. We waited 10 minutes when he finally came out and took his time to get in the truck and move. We then called the store and were put on hold for another 10 minutes before we hung up. Very unprofessional and frustrating.

My friends and I ordered 1 medium Piggy pretzel with an original stuff crust with additional toppings, a medium pepperoni pizza, bread sticks, and cinnamon sticks with coupon codes for National Pizza Day.
The pizza tasted great! However, I’m not sure if I’ll return to this place, especially at night. The area is pretty sketch and my friend and I tried to leave asap after picking up our pizzas because there were some weird people loitering in front of the store and walking around that area.

Never before had I thought I could be disappointed by the quality of a pizza delivery option. Cold pizza is for some people tasty, hot pizza is how the majority of the population would expect to receive their order, but «lukewarm» pizza… that is what I received. I ordered and expected a thin, crispy, and warm meal with at least the appearance that it was cooked today within the last hour. What I did not expect was a mediocre, tender (more like soggy), attempt at a pizza, that felt like it must’ve been prepared yesterday and warmed up in the engine of the delivery vehicle on their way here – at least I know why it showed up 25 min after I expected it.
I ordered mozzarella sticks too… How hard do you have to try in order to screw those up? Did you microwave them? Because that’s how they feel. I take that back, microwaved, re-​heated cheese sticks at least some times retain the heat and crispness of the fresh fried ones.
The one redeeming quality: we also ordered a salad, and yes, it was half-​decent; nothingn more than what I would expect from a low-​end buffet salad bar. At least you didn’t significantly perform below my expectations there. Congratulations, you can produce an acceptable salad, at a pizza joint.
Usually I don’t even bother writing reviews as the $ 30 or so I spent on the food don’t justify me spending the time to do so, but wow, this time I had no option. Please take a serious look at your quality controls, or at least start considering switching to a salad buffet style restaurant. For gods sake, the 3-​year old croutons in the salad tastes fresher than anything else in the order.

I ordered online for carryout. The website said it would be ready at 6:19 and its 6:37 and I am still waiting. The tables are empty and other people are also waiting beyond the promised time. Not happy!

I’ve always had great service and good food from here, but there is usually a long wait.

Nice place, good location. Because it is not too far from my campus, so I can stop by easily. However, it’s a little bit hard to find parking lot. There are about 4 slots availabe here. What???
