Terrible experience!!! Normally I prefer Papa Johns for the Family which is always fast for delivery with fresh ingredients and always hot. Today I ordered the Dinner Box and wings, bad idea!!! Pizza was cold and not fresh, the cheese breadsticks and the cinnamon breadsticks were cold to the point that the buttery garlic glaze was not melted. I had to take everything out of the box and stick it in the oven. Ridiculous!!! After all of this nonsense I called the store and spoke to a girl who was laughing when she answered the phone. I told her the situation and what happened and she put me on hold went to the manager and came back and said«we can offer you a $ 10 voucher for the next time you come into the store, laughable since we paid $ 25 for the meal including tip. I asked for the corporate number and the girl didn’t either know if it or didn’t want to give it out. My wife called corporate and filed a formal complaint. We will never eat at this poor example of a pizza establishment!

Went to this Pizza Hut because it had three stars but was very disappointed. We were the only ones there for about 10 minutes and no one went to our table to even get our drinks or give us menus. After 15 minutes waiting we just walked out! Never again.

I wish this were a situation where I could rate things individually, because to start, all delivery I’ve had from this location has been good, fresh, and the delivery drivers are great. HOWEVER: the management and communication is AWFUL. I like to give chances, so here they are: 1. We waited almost two hours for the pizza to be delivered before we finally gave up and called, to be told that we had called in and cancelled our order. The order was placed online and nobody had called, so after arguing with them for over 10 minutes I convinced her to hand me to the manager and insisted that I had not called in and still wanted my pizza. They called back and said that a different apartment in our complex had cancelled theirs and they had cancelled ours as well. 2. This one is iffy, because we tried to order off menu. We asked them to make a calzone out of a pizza, knowing it was a long shot, but they passed us around on the phone and we were finally promised our calzone that we could pick up in 40 minutes. 38 minutes later we get a phone call on our way to pick it up that they don’t make those and they weren’t fulfilling the order. Yes or no didn’t matter, but at least be up front! We’re hungry! 3. I write this hungrily because I have been waiting for my pizza for an hour and a half… so I’m sorry if I’m grumpy. Braving the online delivery again I ordered the dinner box with a pizza, breadsticks, and cinnamon sticks. Deliver was supposed to take 40 minutes… we were patiently waiting yet again. An HOUR later we got a phone call that they were out of the rectangle crusts, boxes, and ALL breadsticks. So everything we had ordered. The managers on duty played the blame game that the others were supposed to call. At this point I have some pizza in me because this has taken a bit to write, and it is not what I wanted but it’s delicious, and the very apologetic delivery guy was nice and earlier than promised. Well… earlier than I insisted they be. Credit where credit is due. Thanks for the pizza, Pizza Hut. But please get it together.

Great food! Not so good customer service. I placed my order online, went in at the time the email said, I was even a little late. Walked in, was told they would be with me shortly, paid, and ended up waiting for almost 20 minutes because they had not even started my food with the exception of my wings which were ready just a few minutes after I got there. While I was waiting I over heard somebody call in to place an order over the phone and I was shocked at how rude the lady taking the order was. I was asked about 15 minutes in of sitting there when a young lady asked me if I would like something to drink. However, I never got an apology for the wait time, just handed my food which was fine. I normally order papa johns when I crave pizza, but I wanted the $ 10 box thing. Oh well although this Pizza Hut is close to my place, it’s simply not worth the bad customer service.

The wife and I tried the«hot dog bites» pizza tonight since it’s a new limited menu item and we always try new items from here. We order from this pizza hut pretty often and have not been dissapointed once lately, anywho, I added the pretzal type dough for the crust on the«mini dogs» and it was quite delicious. Our daughter loved the fact that it was a pizza and hotdog in one lol. I have attached some pics and recommend this to any pizza hut/hotdog lover out there!

You’re so very dangerous to think of but I love you Pizza Hut !! … Omg… The breaded Buffalo Mild Wings never seem to disappoint me… lemony, sourish I guess Tangy? Well whatever it is i always feel like I want 36+ piece all to myself… in one meal ! other than the fast delivery It really is the best wings! i see some bad reviews please stay good to me Pizza Hut haha I need these wings in my life lol

The bad luck continues. Why have the«new» recipe pizzas if they aren’t even made correctly. Why have an app if you place the order and you get her to pick them up and they aren’t even ready. So half the order is ready and the other pizza just barely getting remade. This place sucks. I’m so over fast food in general. Technology is suppose to make life easier hmmpft

Went back on a less busy day for lunch, and the wait staff was much more attentive to the buffet and to us. There was pizza and pasta a-plenty! The salad bar was full with green leafy lettuce and toppings. Quite a change from my previous visit. I suppose this restaurant is hit and miss. I would suggest popping your head in first, before you decide to stay. Hope you catch them on a good day! :-)

This location has terrible service. Do not order from here. I pre-ordered a pizza online several hours before it was to be delivered and it was still 45 minutes late. I ended up calling the manager, Anthony, twice. Both times he did not apologize. Instead, he simply stated that the delivery driver was busy but nearly at my place. In other words, he gave me the run-around. I eventually had to be very terse with him and told him to completely cancel my order because I refused to pay for a pizza that was 45 minutes late on a pre-order. Though Anthony called the driver, he did not try to do anything else to rectify the situation. Do not order from this location.

This was the worse Pizza Hut I have ever been to. We went on a Thursday night and there was only two other couples there so we thought we would get our food fast. It took almost 20 minutes for our bread sticks and another 15 minutes to get half our order. An hour past after we ordered and my girlfriend never got her food. The workers were lazy and the manager didn’t care that we never got all our food. If you value your time don’t go to this Pizza Hut.
