Rude employees and we’re not helpful at all. I purchased an iPad at another location and was unable to return despite the fact that no one explained the return policy. Very shady.

Went in today to see if they had any iPhone 6 in stock and unfortunately no. But my boyfriend purchased a screen protector for his iPhone 6 and their customer service was great. The gentleman was friendly and informative and the lady applied the screen protector with such care. It was a great experience to my stressful morning of searching for an iPhone 6.

Place was awesome, I was greeted at the door and and the guy walked up to me and helped me with a case. He asked if I needed help installing the case since I told him I always screw up installing it and he had a girl come from the back and it stalled it at no cost. I live downtown and will make the drive over here just for the service they provided. They made up for the lack of service that AT&T, apple and best buy provided.

I’ve purchased my phones at this locations before, this time I was back to get my Iphone 4S. A very rude man who was probably their manager or district manager(because he was wearing a better shirt than the person behind the counter) began to question me why I wanted to buy the 4S if the regular 4 was«way better». All i asked was if they had the 4S in stock n he just kept wanting to sell me the regular one!!! after 10 minutes of me asking him to lower his tone of voice I asked him one last time if he had it or not… and e said NO. Which explains why he kept pushing me to buy the other one to the point it became so uncomfortable. it’s sad but I will probably never come back to that store, even when my past 3 phones have come from there. their other staff has always been very helpful.
