Taco Bell

Went through the drive-​thru today and ordered two Doritos loco gordita crunch tacos and these people didn’t even put meat on either one of the tacos! Not one little scoop! Some people just don’t deserve their jobs at all. PLEASE, DO NOT GO HERE!!! This place is barely holding on to two stars and it’s for good reason! There are way too many other options on both sides of this place to waste your money going here. AVOID!!!

Every time I come here, the crew is always nice and make my food fast. The cashier John always makes recommendations and takes my order accurately. Sometimes it does get a bit busy but definitely worth it.

I went thru here the other day and asked for the nachos that were around a dollar. Instead of giving me the 3-​layer nachos that costs a dollar, they upcharged me for the plain nachos at $ 1.29, which is beanless and basically less food for more money. They pretty much stole 30 cents from me on a whim.
So I will never ever patronize these guys again. It’s not like I’ll be missing much, I see their rating is 1.5 stars right now. It’s never been a well-​run franchise. Good riddance.

This Taco Bell has false advertisements. We arrived at 11:30pm tonight and they were already closed and it said they didn’t close until 12am. Come’ on people. If we hungry we expect you to be open. Ugh

Sarcastic cashiers, rude managers & atrocious customer service. Ordered from the drive thru waited for a ridiculously long time & they still got my order wrong. Called & asked for the manager on duty, the person who answered was Courtney, she asked if I’d like to speak to them & I said obviously. She had a smart ass retort to that & when the manager got on the line I explained the issues (ordered meal deal C: Beef Gordita Supreme & got a 5 Layer Burrito instead/​other items had onions when ordered without & chips missing on the meal deal) he told me that he could go out & look but was pretty sure it was the 5 Layer Burrito. So he basically called me a liar, either way they forgot my stupid chips put onions on stuff I specifically asked for without onions & generally screwed the whole order up & instead of saying sorry let us make it right they decide to argue. All in all I know it’s Taco Bell but I should get what I ordered the way I ordered it! I have learned my lesson this locale sucks the big one & I will NEVER GO BACK!

The captain crunch delights look nothing like the stupid taco bell marketing photo. They taste like tiny churros.
And the drive through wait was 20 minutes long at around 10:15 pm on a Tuesday night. Sodas were flat and they said there was no syrup.
Love taco bell but this location made me not want to spend my money here or wait 20 mins in the future.

Filthy! Wish I had taken a picture of my burrito prior to returning it and asking for a refund. It had a wad of curly hair stuck to the wrapper it was wrapped it! Of course they were not happy when I showed them this, but I lost my appetite ! I didn’t eat anything only kept my drink. Not returning to this establishment.

Horrible service went there today and went through the drive thru one of the lady’s was really rude, we ordered 2 ultimate boxes a quesadilla and a number 11. They messed up our whole order, and when we told her that we didn’t have all our food she grabbed the bag just glanced in there and said trust me this is your order. We got the bag back and we told them again not everything is there she yanked the bag out of our hand started pulling all the tacos out telling us what each one is like we’re kids and I told her we didn’t get the number 11 and I gave her the receipt and she closed the window and she’s just in there talking so much shit but In the end they still had our order all wrong DONT GO THERE!

I’ve checked in at this location 19 times and still no review… wut. My order has been mixed up a couple of times and once the taco-​assembler completely missed my taco with the sour cream. Maybe it’s because i’ve been here too much so i draw on the small things.

One of the worst taco bell /​KFC I have ever had the displeasure of going to. Not only was the staff populated by people that looked like extras from the walking dead, but the food was inedible. Never again.
Eat anywhere else!

DO NOT GO HERE Worst Taco Bell EVER!!! Get ready to wait in drive thru forever! and then for them to tell you that you can’t add anything to your order because the line is too long!? seriously lameOs. «Ana «was very rude and she was soooo lazy and slow. I cancelled my whole order In the end.!its the worst and i gave them 3 chances already, very dissatisfied

Not only did the drive thru take about 30 minutes, but I actually found a bug crawling around in one of my tacos and I wish I were joking! I cant imagine how filthy the restaurant is on the inside if there’s bugs inside of the food.

If you want to wait nearly half an hour for 2 tacos and a large drink then this is your place to go. The staff is ALL rude, and if you ask for anything specific they all make fun of you as soon as you walk away from the counter from ordering. I will never eat at this location ever again, unless under new staff and management. Sorry.

Order always comes out correct and consistently good but honestly one of the slowest drive thru ever. Sometimes the staff is really nice, sometimes not.
I like Taco Bell and it’s the only one near me so I’ll be back but I wish the drive thru service was better.

Drop into Taco Bell for lunch on Sept. 9 and waited 15 minutes for my order. The bad part about it was it wasn’t even busy! I’ll find a different TB to go to in the future…

Sucks and smells

Well, anyone who knows me, knows I love me some Taco Bell. This Taco Bell is the best I’ve been to in SA. The inside is fun if you have kids (or are a big kid like me) because they have arcade games, air hockey, etc. The service is always prompt, the restaurant is clean, and the employees are very friendly. Never once was my order done incorrectly. In fact, my portions are always very generous. They don’t try to skimp on the meat, cheese, etc, here.
