Red Robin Gourmet Burgers

I’ve always been fascinated by a burger place that has a wide variety of begets to choose from and come on bottomless fries! That’s awesome! But it all went down hill when I went and actually tired it for the first time, first of all, our waitress was really rude, she kept rushing my girl and I especially when I’ve said numerous times that I told her I need some more time to check out the menu, so after being told a few MORE times am I ready we just finally ordered, the burger looked fresh and so did the fries, it was alright despite I’m not a huge charbroiled burger fan, I then was looking forward to the infamous «bottomless fries» which I ate non hesitantly, so once I was ready for more the waiter never came back to ask if I wanted more she walked by numerous times and saw I was out of tea and fries but not once did she ask if I want more, then she kept asking if I was ready to pay while I wasn’t, but I again felt rushed so I quickly left the place after paying, I just felt so rushed as if I was dining in at a fast food restaurant. Most definitely will never come back.

THEY HAVE BIKE PARKING! Unilocal always asks if an establishment has bike parking, well this is my first time seeing a place with Bike Parking! I’m excited clearly! lol As for my food Started with the Shorty O onion ring tower and it was great. Followed it with a Bacon Cheese Burger and Monster Shake, both were also super tasty! The service was fast, very polite and even though it was super busy on a Saturday I never felt rushed. I will be returning to this location!

I finally got to eat red robin after walking out of the other location. This one is clean and no dust above on the lights. Our waitress was great anastasia thanks for the great service. Will be back to this location.

I ordered a burger well done… When it came out, it was oink in the middle. I thought great, another dining experience where everyone else eats and finishes before I even get the first bite of food. 15 minutes later, my other burger came out cut in half. I wasn’t pleased. I took a few bites and pushed it to the side. I’ve never been impressed with this specific location but since the kids picked this place to eat, we decided to eat here. I don’t think I’ll ever eat here at this location again. The only reason I’m giving them a 3 star rating is because of our waitress. We had Abby serving us. She was so apologetic and it wasn’t her fault the burger wasn’t cooked right.

Simply great hamburgers that are filling and juicy.
Great place for watching sports, and they are kids friendly.
Staff is nice friendly and try their best to help you out.
The menu has more than burgers but I just can’t order anything other than their hamburgers they are delicious.

This has always been a «hot spot» my wife and I for dates but our recent visit was not the greatest. We had a, what we belive, was a new waitress, which is fine because we don’t judge anybody by any small mistakes or stumbles but we dealt with other issues than that. When asking about something that was not on the menu we were met with a «no», no explanation, no apologise.
Then, we asked if they had a lunch special since we went around noon. The waitress said they do not adjust prices for lunch so we said ok. That’s fine. The issue came when our food was brought out and the plate my wife always gets was CLEARLY smaller portions than dinner. So we got LESS FOOD for the exact same price! what… the…heck.
We still love the food, the chefs are always on top of their game this may have been a glitch but it just put a kink in a rather great day my wife and I were having with each other.

Always good food, and consistent /​quick service. This is a chain restraint so you kind of know what to expect, I’ve been to this location several times and had a good experience each time. Was here on Sunday ¹⁄₁₀ and everything was perfect and the service was great.
Bottomless fries and the kids get a balloon when you leave — what else is there?

Got the clucks and shrimp very dissatisfied with the very small portion. Only received 2 small chicken tenders that were also burnt and (menu doesn’t state you only get 2). Of course I’m paying for the shrimp also did I mention the chicken tenders did not have any chicken in them, it was mostly batter should have went to whataburger for chicken strips. If I come back it will be for the burger lesson learned never go any where and try something they don’t specialize in.

Food is always good at Red Robin. You have to get the fries well done. They are the best.

Ok food and service. Used to be very good. Has gone way downhill. likely won’t go back again.

We usually love red robin because of their gourmet burgers and bottomless fries, however our experience might prevent us from coming back.
1.) service was very slow, although our waitress was very nice. We were waiting for food for about 30 minutes and the fries were cold.
2.) we immediately wanted more fries once our food arrived because we were hungry and it took almost 15 minutes for another basket.
3.) it took forever to get our check because all the waitresses/​waiters were at the other side of the room singing happy birthday to someone but right after they all kinda hung around talking to each other.
4.) while waiting, another family next to us, had sat down, ordered and already had their check by the time we got our check.
5.) the food was good but overall not the best experience.

I had posted before at how disappointed I was with my service, and that I was ill after eating at Red Robin, but they have resolved the issue. Red Robin went out of their way to contact me to fix every problem. I thank you for it Red Robin team! They invited my family and I back, so we specifically asked for our favorite waiter this time. We only knew him as Batman before, because he told my son he was the real Batman. lol This time we looked to see what his name was on the receipt, it’s Love. So for anyone who has Celiac disease and wants a great server that you can trust, ask for him. He gives great service and is careful. This was at the 1604 and Culebra location.

We have eaten here before and I can say, it’s probably one of the best sit down, burger joints in town. We love their never ending fries. They use to have never ending cheese Mac a Roni for the kids and now they don’t. I believe that was a bad move. Otherwise, the food is great and service is awesome, never an empty glass.

I generally always have great service. Especially when the servers brings me fries from the get go!
I ordered the «blue haze» as a beverage it was good just very strong which is probably a pro for some.
Fries were awesome.
Burger was as good as expected. No complaints.
Camp fire sauce is my absolute favorite. (I’m sure I’m not alone)
Cleanliness is always up to standards for me.

I had such a bad experience with Olive Garden where I asked for my check didn’t eat my entrée and left. We came into Red robin. I was still hungry and was in a bad mood we walked in and was greeted with not one but three smiles sat right away and Becky came to our table immediately. Drinks order food all came quick still with a smile. You cannot go wrong with service at this place. Management way to go on you hiring and training a friendly staff. Mood now very happy.

Awesome burgers. Sweet potato fried came out cold but problem was quickly corrected.

I recommend the chicken teriyaki sandwich, lettuce wrapped. Yumm!
At other locations I’d recommend the tower of onion rings but this location seems to just add a bunch of small rings up the rod.
Kids meals are over priced.
They do not accept the royalty cards here either.

I’ve only been here twice, so I have a limited sample size to go by, but both times have had good experiences. As far as taste, I would say this is top ten around, higher for a chain. I like the bottomless fries too! Ambiance is semi-​sports bar type vibe, didn’t drink so can’t tell you about that part. Good service, fair prices, I can see adding this to the rotation.

Their commercials are well-​known: «Red Robin… YUMMM!» I feel exactly like that!
Wife and I spent date night by going to this RR location. I ordered a tall stack of onion rings, and wife had their delicious homemade chips. What we didn’t know about was their sauce, the Campfire BBQ. It goes with EVERYTHING! It was so good, wife asked for more with her burger. I had the Bleu and she had a regular with cheese. She had sweet potato fries, while I had their regular fries. First time I can remember that I actually could not finish the meal… the portions were amazing! Service from Mari was outstanding! And even with all of the very heavy traffic on Culebra Road, we got there are they really were not that crowded.
As always, go to your favorite restaurants during the week, and save Fridays and Saturdays for the rest of the crowd. But especially go to this RR. You’ll be singing the commercial yourself.

Red Robin is always a decent fall back for a burger. I got the new fiery ghost burger and added avocado. Great taste to the ghost chili suace and a good kick for the average person. I recommend this burger (4 stars). On the other hand, my wife got a burger with bleu cheese and avocado. The bleu cheese was very bland, tasted like very low quality bleu cheese. Service was great, from server to manager. Place was clean.
