Ride Away Bicycles

Called to see if they had tubes for jogging strollers, guys were super nice on phone. Took tire in, they swapped out tube and got me rolling in minutes! So friendly and efficient. Prices for services were extremely fair!

There are many bike shops in town, but this is the only one for me, they’ve built my trust and loyalty from day one, bought my bikes and have had all maintenance done here, never try to sell me something I don’t need, knowledgeable, honest, good guys who ride and know me and my riding style…

I was really unhappy with this place. The first time I walked into the store I was rolling my bike in right behind an employee who was walking in. She didn’t even bother to hold the door or anything as I had a bike to deal with. Whatever, maybe she didn’t see me. Then I walked in and the guy behind the counter looked at me as if I was from outer space. No «hello», no «how can I help you». So I tell him I need a tune up, he doesn’t say anything. Just walks to the register and hands me a form to fill out. Anyway, after a week or so I finally called to see if my bike was ready since I was never given a date to come back. It was ready luckily, although no one bothered calling to say so. When I came in to pick it up the guy (different dude) was much nicer and took a minute to check the bike over again and explain the warranty on their work. Overall I was disappointed with the service, they had one nice employee out of three or four that I dealt with. And all of their merchandise is insanely priced. I’ll find a bike shop downtown next time, I’ve had better luck there.

So friendly & helpful. Reasonable prices but the service will keep me coming back. They took time to teach me some basics and recommend products.

Took my new-​to-​me bike here for a tune up. Couldnt be happier. These guys really know their stuff. They spend time explaining everything to you. Nice selection of gear too. Prices are maybe a little higher than onlinr stores, but cheaper than other local stores.
I’ll definitely continue to shop here and bring my bike in for service.

This place is awesome and has great customer service. They are very professional, courteous and attentive to your needs. Will be taking all of my bicycles, scooters, etc here for any repairs.

Great customer service and knowledgable. I was getting clip in pedals for the first time and John took his time explaining everything and even had me test it out before I left so I was comfortable with it.

I’ve been wanting to check this place out and low and behold i buy my youngest son his first bicycle there. I’ll admit the place is pricey, most of the bikes i saw were cruiser types up front. (BUT I WASNT LOOKING FOR ADULT BIKES I WAS THERE FOR CHILDRENS BIKES) the sales guy, SP (?) i’m sure i’m wrong about his name but he’s a thin fit looking guy really helped me out and answered all my questions children’s bikes, whether i should just get a child seat for my 3 year old, child wagon trailers, and helmets.
he really went out of his way and gave me the help and undivided attention i needed for a newbie to the bike world. i didn’t feel hassled or pressured to buy anything. he let my son test out the bike around the shop too and didn’t even give us a hard time when my son bumped a rack by accident.
long story short, we got my youngest his first bmx like 16″ bike, SP checked the bike out made sure all the screws were on tight, lowered the hand break for my son to reach, and lubed the squeaky training wheel. To add to it we also bought nutcase helmets THESE THINGS ARE AMAZING.
They offer 10% military discount on bike accessories, not the bikes though, and they also have a bike repair/​maintenance services available for separate price. It’s not for everyones tastes but i liked the customer service i got here not to mention its close to home.
