After driving I thought I’d give Rosita’s a try. Especially after seeing a lot of people inside. I ordered the chorizo plate and the plate came out quick with a generous serving. But the quickness in that order came out made me wonder about the quality of the food. I quickly found out.
The food was lukewarm! I also had flour tortillas and they too were not steaming hot. Very disappointed. The only reason I’m giving them 2 stars is because the Waite staff were very attentive and friendly. However, I will not return.

1 star for the tortillas. Everything else well below average. Had the chilaquiles plate: food was warm, potatoes looked like they had been sitting for sometime, beans had zero flavor and the main item lacked eggs and cheese. Husband had caldo and also said lacked any flavor. Had to toss in a lot of salsa to give it flavor. Live nearby and tried it for the first and last time!

The food is ok, nothing spectacular, but a little overpriced. Service is also ok. Tortillas are homemade and pretty good. Coffee is also pretty good.

Love the salsa and chips, anyone know in this area was lacking a good Mexican restaurant. The staff super friendly, they made big improvements from there first day opening. They give you enough food and enough fir the price. The gordita were awesome, flautas awesome, and tacos yet to fail me. Def recommend this place. Enjoy

Staff were really really nice, but the food leaves something to be desired. I had the carne asada plate. The meat was very salty, and barely a grade above hamburger. The beans lacked seasoning, and the rice was just ok. Plus the food took forever. Probably won’t be back.

I love coming here for breakfast or lunch. The staff is very friendly and always helpful. The food takes a little longer here but it’s because they’re making your tortillas fresh to order.
My favorite is the juevos rancheros plate. We eat here at least twice a week and will continue to do so.
The sauces and salsas are very tasty and the food is always fresh.
