Been here many times not once have I had a bad experience, But today wasn’t a good time. My brother ordered a country and egg and it was very moist and had some onion in it(most kids don’t like onion even a little piece could ruin the whole meal). Grandma ordered a taco de chicharrón and it was very salty and moist. No refills I had to get up to ask(15−20mins)(2 teas and a coffee). Our waitress was near the cash register day dreaming when I asked for the refill. Just disappointing. «Should’ve just went to China bowl»

Great food, I have eaten several things here and it is delicious ! Kind of home cooking :). There drinks are not to sweet so it makes it refreshing. I am sure who ever visits we’ll find something to there taste.

Breakfast with Dad. This I my Dad’s favorite place to eat. The wait staff greats him by name. The barbacoa tacos are good and plump. No wonder he eats here most mornings. Seems to be popular with the senior crowd. Love having Sunday breakfast with Dad here.

Really disappointed with the cook here tonight. We ordered a steak Tampiquenia and was not good at all… when we notified the waitress not once did they offer to take it off our bill… Not good at all… been here times before and seemed ok with good red beers…

Family and I have dinner here twice a month. My little kids always order he cheese enchiladas. Kids plates are as large as the adults so we always order a la carte for them. My oldest sons(14) favorites is the chimichanga. My wife and I usually get the caliente platter, grilled onions, peppers, beef fajitas, chicken fajitas, and shrimp. Great lemonade and sweet tea. My favorite dish is the chalupas. You get 3 and there loaded with your choice of meat, lettuce, tomato, refried beans, sour cream, cheese, and avocado. These are guaranteed to fill you up. There is a waitress that has been there forever and she isn’t very friendly, but the others are nice. Not the best wait staff because of the lack of experience, but nothing that would keep me from going back. TIP: ask for the home made corn tortillas. They are fresh and thick!

I enjoy this place time and time again. I try to visit San Antonio 1 – 3 times a year. And when I do, I make it a point to stop by Taqueria Jalisco at least once for breakfast with my friends. service is prompted and friendly. You just can’t get real barbacoa in KC.

They need a sign says seat yourself. It was slightly confusing. We came here on at 11am on a Sunday and it was three quarters full. There aren’t many taquerias on this side of town. The waitress was rude for the first half of service but got better afterwards. She also had a mix-up for one of the tacos. We had a few tacos($ 1.10 before 11am!), and they were just average in taste but large compared Taco Cabana. I would come here again, if I were bringing tacos to work.
