Came here with my mother today. It wasn’t as good as they used to be. They were out of avocados, their sliders and salmon. Their salad at the salad bar was not fresh, it was yellow and brown. The chicken tenders were way over done. Some of the things we used to get they no longer have. Although, the sweet potato fries were good and service was good. Don’t think we’ll be returning to this location.

Great bar service there today. Can you say, «yay for happy hour!» I enjoyed a $ 5 bayou twister and the $ 5 shrimp fondue. It was delicious and fresh. I love the fresh salad bar. Its always stocked with everything under the sun, plenty to chose from. My waitress was the bartender and she was great, no complaints. My food came out fresh and hot. I used a group on again, YAY! I love the diversity of the menu. This time I ordered two orders of the southern shrimps w/grits meals. Delicious food, drinks, and great customer service. Definitely going back!

I had never been to Ruby Tuesday’s before today, and I will not be coming back. The service here is horrible. For example, we asked about happy hour and she said that they have a lot of good deals, but did NOT explain any those deals… So we sat there dumbfounded for a few minutes and ordered blindly. Then, as we ordered, we were told that we could not order happy hour drinks, because we were not seated in a bar stool at the actual bar, even though we were seated in the bar area. So my boyfriend had to go to the fetch his own drinks and pay two separate tabs… Which is ridiculous. The best thing about this place is the shrimp fondue, but everything else was just ok. My tilapia looked like it went through some sort of torture before it hit my plate. And for the record, we did not get any complimentary biscuits and never got a refill on my water. It’s disappointing, because I clearly saw a lot of their staff just standing around and chatting with their coworkers. They do not have any sense of purpose. I get it, you’re not making a lot of money so why bother, but it bothers me that this staff does not really care for much. Good luck with trying to retain business, because you will not be getting mine!

Lovely waitress from Australia served us today. All was good. Salad bar was fresh but didn’t like the bacon bits that fell in my peas. Restaurant was clean except for the front door. When I touched the wood of the front door you can feel the build up. But all else was wonderful. Just can’t beat the food!

Great time with friends, and the food was yummy! And honestly if it wasn’t for our server john Ross, I don’t think it would have been so enjoyable. He made sure we were taken care of. Our drinks were never low. Had no problem explaining things in the menu. And had plenty advice, if one of us wanted chicken or beef. He had his favorites. And it became our favorites.

We tried a couple of places first and ended up here. The host greeted us right away and quickly seated us. After perusing the menu, we decided on appetizers and the salad bar. Choosing the salad bar was the best decision we made. Several small glitches including the Ruby Red Cosmo that was only ice made this a so-so visit. The food was average as was the wait staff.

Tell me why I ate healthy and loved it. I recommend the chicken fresco. My friend said the pretzal burger is better at Wendy’s. My tip is to order a baked potato loaded Yum. The double chocolate cake is so good too

Great experience! I go to Ruby Tuesday’s for the strawberry lemonade with chunks of real strawberry in it. Amazing! I went to this one because it was next to the hotel I was staying in and was very pleased with the service. Friendly hostess, the waiter knew the answers to my questions and suggested I tried the Triple Prime Cheeseburger. What is that you ask? Well… It’s an amazing combination of Prime rated filet, ribeye and sirloin ground together to magnificence! The burger was cooked perfectly to medium and covered in gooey cheese. I think the bun was brioche but honestly, I was too busy savoring the juicy flavors to care. The only drawback, it’s relatively small although paired with a fair serving of crispy fries. You won’t leave hungry. I can’t WAIT to go back!

Went here on Saturday afternoon several times. On one visit, I noticed that the garden bar had lettuce that had started to brown. At least the romaine lettuce hadn’t. Like the variety of items that you can get on the Garden bar: onions, peppers, chopped eggs, sunflower seeds to name a few. Felt the entrees were overpriced. Desserts are meant for two people to eat.

Just stopped in for Mothers day with our family. Pretty empty so I thought«Great!» The lady at the front asked how many and I told her 6. She looked around at 5 empty booths and said«it will be about an hour.» Only 2 groups of 2 ahead of us… I wondered if our dark skinned family had anything to do with it. Parking lot was pretty empty, restaurant was pretty small and empty… Makes you say Hmmmmmmm!!!

Yeah, I think I’ve had better tasting TV dinners at home. My mashed potatoes tasted like instant mashed potatoes and my «rice pilaf» tasted like Rice-A-Roni. No offense, San Fran. And their«hickory bourbon chicken» tasted like I was eating a cheap, catered dinner plate from someone’s cousins wedding. Plus their pitiful attempt to mimic Red Lobster’s cheddar bay biscuits is, in a word, futile. Their ravioli was nothing like the description and I swear I counted only about 5 meager pieces of ravioli. Very disappointing. And if you make the mistake of accepting a Groupon as a gift from a friend, make sure they tell you all of the fine print before you go. Apparently RT thinks that everyone only eats seafood or pasta or ribs, because basically that’s all you’re limited to with a Groupon. The only reason why I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is due to Monica(our server) being polite and efficient. Otherwise, just skip this place altogether.

Customer service was amazing. They even have us free salad bar privileges to the kids so they can eat well

So… we came here on the whim… my girlfriend and I had never been and we ran out of choices we could agree on… so here’s my review… we walked in and the first thing you can see is their large salad bar which made my girlfriend happy. So we both ordered a steak… and the salad bar. which is all you can eat… I was impressed… the salad choices where delicious… our steaks where awesome. The Atmosphere was nice and Quiet for a Saturday night. The staff was nice and friendly. I would recommend this place for somebody who wants to go to chilis with out all the noise and clutter… this is the place… the price wasn’t to bad… under $ 40 for decent steaks… check em out… see what you think.

It’s a chain, but not a good one. I stopped by for lunch –against my better judgement. The place is tiny inside. The menu is varied with an emphasis on their salad bar. Hint — the salad bar is not that good, having very basic salad-y stuff. My burger looked great, but was so salty thai i could not finish it. I thought it was the pretzel bun, but it was actually the patty. Their«fresh» lemonade was not fresh at all. Not from a soda machine, but no lemons appeared to have been harmed for my glass. Fooled me once –not again. JDMc

I actually really enjoy their salad bar. My favorite dressing is the parmesan Caesar dressing and the croutons seem to have somewhat of a unique taste and mouthfeel to them. The salad bar has is small but it’s easy to get full on it too. During dinner I pay an extra dollar for a blackened chicken breast with a side of green beans. The chicken is very juicy and flavorful with just enough heat from the spices. I’ve always loved their biscuits and the severs are happy to give you a refill. My favorite drinks here are the fruit teas such as strawberry, mango, and raspberry. And the bar doesn’t use syrup to flavor the teas but instead uses macerated fruit.

The food tasted great but the service was terrible! It took 15 minutes just to get water when we were seated.

The food is pretty standard for this type of American chain restaurant, maybe a step up from some of the more common chains. The salad bar was fresh, and the prices and service are pretty decent, so we were satisfied.

Pros: Decent food for a decent price; happy hour deals seem good; good service; nice salad bar Cons: Could have more exciting food options; food could be better quality Vegetarians: Try the tasty zucchini sliders and salad bar combo. Pretty good stuff. For decent food at a good price, Ruby Tuesday is a decent option. The times that I have been here, I have been warmly greeted by the host and treated to good service from the servers. While the food is nothing memorable, it is good enough to satisfy. I think Ruby Tuesday could improve this by adding new and different food options, rather than offering the usual burgers, sandwiches, salads, and steaks. Both times I have been, I have had the well-cooked and juicy turkey sliders with salad bar. The two sliders come with crispy, thin-cut fries, which I much enjoy. The portion size is nice if you are not too hungry and want to try to eat somewhat healthy. The salad bar is pretty darn good. It features either field greens or iceburg lettuce and a variety of raw vegetables and condiments including broccoli, peas, carrots, zucchini, sunflowers seeds, croutons, potato salad, macaroni salad, a variety of dressings, and more. The zucchini sliders are a good option for vegetarians. The patty is usually well-cooked to a crisp outside, although once it was undercooked and I sent it back requesting it to be cooked more. All in all, Ruby Tuesday is a fair place to eat with good service. I have yet to try the happy hour, but the prices and offerings look good.

I was pretty much expecting the worst by the other reviews; It really wasn’t so bad. We arrived on a Friday night without reservations and had to wait awhile for a table that seated 5. The hostess repeatedly came and told us it would be ready soon. I know they were just stringing us along, but at least we weren’t ignored, so I appreciated that. The waiter might have been new, because he didn’t know the menu very well and couldn’t answer some of the questions posed to him. He was at least friendly and attentive. The food was good, also. I ordered steak(medium well) and it was decent. In the end, I’d likely return.

Have been here twice, most recently today. If you go frequently,(and even if you don’t, really), I reccommend joining their email list– you’ll get discount coupons fairly often, and I think you get a free meal on your birthday. Today I used to BOGO entrée coupon with a friend. He ordered the Asiago Sirloin they are currently promoting, and it looked amazing. He ordered it medium, it arrived rare but was tasty anyway so he ate it as is and said it was great. I want to try it, it looked great. I ordered the chicken bella, which is listed on their low-cal menu as being under 500 cals with roasted spaghetti squash and grilled zucchini as the sides. I also added on the salad bar, which they are also promoting the heck out of lately. We also had the seafood fondue appetizer with tortilla chips– which undoubtedly negated my attempt at a healthy choice entrée, but it was worth it. I’m not a huge seafood fan, but I AM a cheese fanatic, and that was perfect. Very fresh, very melty, and just absolutely spot-on. On a previous visit, I used one of their BOGO burger coupons(with the same date, ironically), and we both had good experiences, though I can’t remember which ones we ordered. Both visits, service has been fine. Nothing extraordinary, but nothing went wrong either. Today’s waitress seemed very disengaged. Took our order and brought our food with no additional commentary, questions, personality, or suggestions whatsoever. Odd, but not really problematic.
