Everyone we saw was very nice and accommodating. The doctor (not Dr. Sitterle, but I didn’t catch his name), was warm and quirky and funny, and very thorough with my daughter’s exam.

Sir I did not misunderstand. The bill as well as your staff was quite clear the $ 75 fee was for the contacts class only as I was charged separately for the doctor examination. Same goes for the $ 25 fee which like I stated, I got done for free elsewhere. You contacted me asking me to call your phone so you could «explain to me». I did not need an «explanation» as, like I said, it was perfectly clear via your staff and the bill. Your best efforts are to say you’re sorry I misunderstood. Frankly that sounds a bit condescending. Although I understand your posts now are in an effort to explain my post as unjustified and credit it to my so called «misunderstanding» … I posted only after YOUR office sent me an email asking me to rate you. So I did. Nevertheless, that was my experience with your business and nothing at this point can change the past. I will engage in this no further. Good luck to you.

I have been a patient of Dr. Sitterle for several years. Every visit results in a thorough examination of my eyesight as well as prompt service in getting contacts and glasses. I also appreciate being told I don’t need something (e.g., a particular eye test that does not provide a lot of information for my records).

We have trusted Scott and his staff with our eyes for over 15yrs. He has always been professional, and has taken ample time to examine and answer/​explain any questions we might have. I would highly recommend him and his staff to care for you eyes!

The focus of the Dr Sitterle is on a product that is completely unrelated to your eyes; specifically Juice Plus. The female dr is very friendly, knowledgable, and very thorough in her explanations about your eyes. She is a two thumbs up.
I was interested in contact lenses and the charge for learning to use contacts was $ 155. The girl who was to be teaching me spent more time in the next room than dealing with me so I insisted on a refund of that particular service.
I’ve gone here for years and dealt with it, but this last visit was my last.

I only came in to check if my eye was okay because it was red. They administered an eye exam that I did not request. They began to administer another sort of exam before I stopped to repeat that I was only there to have my eye checked.
The doctor pressured me into purchasing contacts which I declined. I decided on eyeglasses. I was up-​charged for each additional feature which they insisted I needed, such as lightweight lenses with no glare. My glasses were supposed to be ready a week ago. I received no phone call. I called to find out if they were ready, but they said the person who would know was not in, the glasses were still not ready, and they did not know «what was going on with them.» Nice receptionist. Rude staff. I’ll never return.

I really like the doctor, but he gets a little annoyed with the little ones. ASK FOR NELLIE or CRYSTAL to do your child’s preliminary exams. These ladies are SUPER PATIENT and made our young son feel comfortable. :D

Night driving is proving to be slightly blurry on occasion, so it was time to get the ol’ eyes checked. Vision source has many locations all over the city, but I have only seen Dr. Sitterle. Vision source has loads of high-​tech equipment to analyze all aspects of sight including peripheral vision, early detection of glaucoma, macular degeneration, and scans of the entire retina and cornea. Plan on at least an hour for your appointment because this place is thorough.
Once the exam is over this location has an excellent selection of frames including the whole new OGI collection. Even the new cat-eyes…meow. Many of the lenses are in stock, so some orders can be finished in an hour. This clinic also has Saturday hours, which is very convenient.
