No way I would eat the lobster mac and cheese ever again, it tasted ultra fishy, like the lobster had turned, I thought may be its just me, but then other family members tried it and where yuk yuk, I hope this a fluke

Really liked this food truck today. I had the Mushroom Gouda burger today and it was very tasty! A little expensive for a lunch burger $ 11! But the taste was excellent, and according to the menu, they use top notch ingredients in the meat. I was a little disappointed in the fries. They were a bit greasy and not crisp, but I love shoestring style fries. And they needed a little more salt on them. But the burger made up for the fries! Definitely have to hit this truck again sometime and try other things from the menu.

I noshed on their patty melt which looked like it was cooked in a Panini press. The patty melt had some cooked onions and a generous helping of cheese — two varieties it looked like but I don’t know for sure. It was quite the tasty treat. The only negative thing would be the price — at $ 8 for a patty melt with no side and no drink, it’s quite dear. My wife got the soy ginger salmon with noodles and loved it. The salmon was cooked very well and not at all dried out. The soy ginger glaze was very delicious, too. The noodles had a strong soy sauce flavor with a hint of sweetness. Very tasty. We also tried the scratch fries. Meh, as Unilocal would say. They were OK, but I didn’t find them to be anything other than ordinary jazzed up fries. Overall, Scratch Bistro puts out a good product. I would not hesitate to order from them again.

I glanced at the menu before leaving the food truck park and I instantly regretted that Scratch had not been my first stop. Everything sounded so good but I finally decided on getting the crab cake with corn relish to go. When I got home and opened the box, the presentation of the food was surprisingly appealing for a Styrofoam box. There was no heavy breading on the crab cake and in fact, I’m not sure that it was breaded at all it just had lots of crab and not a lot of binding. The searing on the crab cake was perfect, the corn was sweet, crisp and flavorful and the sauce was delicious and complimentary. So worth trying! I’ll be back to try something else off the menu soon!

The lobster mac & cheese is delicious. The cheese sauce is creamy and very tasty, the pasta perfectly cooked, and the lobster bites lightly breaded and seasoned.
