Starbucks

This location is hit or miss. Usually they get my drink just right. The reason I am giving 3 stars instead of a perfect 5 is because they have one employee who just argues with you about everything. I’m in a drive thru. If I had time to sit and talk I would go inside. They have a decal on the window that states if your drink is not the way you want it they will be «happy» to remake it. Mine was seriously watered down but the (argumentative) guy that made it swore it was perfect, instead of just remaking it. Very disappointing. It’s Starbucks and it’s expensive. I buy my employees and myself drinks a few times a week at this location. The least they could do is make sure they taste good.
Also, if they are having a bad day they will definitely let you know in their tone. Very tacky.

I’m sitting here right now leaving this review, visiting San Antonio from Austin. It is Saturday night at 8:30. I walked in and I greeted the guy at the counter, who remained stone faced. Ok so much for pleasantries. My son and I placed our orders, employee remained robot like, not even a thank you. Thank goodness for the friendly girl who actually made them. She asked us if we wanted cream, etc, very friendly. I mentioned to her about her coworker could perhaps use some more customer service training.

Normal bucks.

I ordered a traveler and it took 20 minutes to receive it. It was not busy inside. After getting to work, I noticed the traveler was not full. It was a little more than half full. It was a poor experience.

Don’t know the name of the guy that took my order but he’s such a d-​bag. I ordered twice and he never greeted me, or told me my total and he actually wagged his finger at me to hand him cash. He’s got this tattoo of some word on his arm: OVE-​something.
I won’t come back here thanks to him.

Apparently they forgot my extra shots of expresso in my Americano and told me a few minutes later I had already been sitting with the drink. They told me and took my drink I had to make me a new one. Nice of them yeah, but they dumped the old one out! A complete waste of a perfectly good VENTI coffee!

I love the chai lite, this location has a very fast drive thru and the general ambience it’s quiet and nice for a chat or doing homework.

Worst Starbucks location ever! Not only did the guy forget my order but he didn’t give us both drinks that we paid for. What a joke!!!
also they can’t even get your drink order right. I asked for light whip and got no whip and then the wait time was so long in the drive through.

Best Starbucks in the Med Center area. Fast, friendly service. Cozy seating. My «go to» place for my morning fix. :) Also, nice selection of Starbucks merchandise (and sometimes special edition k cups).

This is my home Starbucks while I’m in San Antonio and has been for years. It’s not the closest to where I stay but it’s my favorite. The service is very good. It’s always clean and it’s comfortable. Plus parking is always easy.

It seems like everytime I go here they mess up my favorite iced coffee with light half and half unsweetened. How hard is it to make this?!
So what I do now is I bring my husky dog and have him sit in the driver seat of my car while we roll through the drive-​thru. I let my dog order my coffee because it doesn’t matter how it comes out like, they’ll mess it up anyways.

Slow slow slow drive through today, scanner not working… But hey, it’s Starbucks and everything tastes amazing. Iced Passion Tea with 4 pumps Raspberry/​no classic syrup. $ 2.65. All. Day. Long.

A very busy location that still gets the beverages out quickly.
Definitely a good location if in the area and need that Starbucks fix.

For as busy as these guys get– inside and DT, they do a fantastic job of getting our brews out quick.
Definitely a good one to visit if in the Med Center area.

I have been coming here over three years now. The service is always great, and baristas are friendly. I’ve never had a problem with my drinks. Like with a lot of the other Starbucks I’ve been too, it is always clean. One down side to the smokers out there… There doesn’t seem to be any smoking sections outside. Overall, still a great place to relax after work.
