The breakfast flatbread I order was good as always, but the friendliness of the woman behind the counter (who opened) left much to be desired. Little eye contact. Always looking down. No smile. This is not how you represent your company. Others who work there are friendly and look forward to buying from them when I want a quick meal that’s close by.

Love this location, always speedy, and always delicious. Never had a bad experience. and will continue yo visit

My husband and I eat here regularly for lunch. The service provided by Nick and Wendy can’t be beat!

This subway, as far as the quality of the actual sandwich is always good. The difference in 4 and 5 stars though is the difference in service. It’s a Jekyll and Hyde scenario. Some employees are very nice, talk to you about life and such, just overall good service. Some of them (depending on when you’re there) just seem to hate life, don’t ask you what you want, just stare at you until you tell them what you want.

Awesome subs and the bread is fresh. I can’t say that I have a favorite sub but I can never recall having a bad one there. The staff is friendly and I feel that this deserves more then a review. The honey oat bread is one that I get when I order a sub. And the $ 5.00 specials are the best value. A good price and a good sub.

Definitely attend this Subway if you’d like Nick to comment on your order to your friends and suggest you should be embarrassed of what you’re ordering! Then I found out that Nick is also the manager who then laughed at me when I expressed my concern.

Been coming to this Subway since it opened. We live right around the corner and most of the staff knows us my name. Even chat about families.
When I graduated UTSA I went in a few days later and was given a free meal for my wife, daughter and I.

I was pretty disappointed in the service I received yesterday at this particular Subway. We had just moved my parents into a new apartment near this location and passed by Subway and totally wanted to take advantage of their $ 2 subs!
We wanted the $ 2 six inch subs and we ordered five of them (which I know is a lot) but there was no one in line behind us, but the guy behind the counter was pushing our sandwiches around, throwing the meat/​cheese/​veggies on there, just had ALL AROUND attitude about making our sandwiches. It was really over the top. The guy who was helping us at the register was really friendly though so that sort of made up for it.
I’m sure we will be visiting this location again with it being so close to my parents apartment, hopefully the customer service everyone raves about in their reviews will show through in the future!

Quick Tip: This location moved to 6422 Babcock Ste 111, just across Prue on Babcock (North).
So I decided to give the new Subway breakfast sandwiches a shot. Verdict: they’re not bad! Although Subway still has a ways to go before they completely make their way into the minds of America as a breakfast place, the sandwiches are a great start.
This particular location boasts some of the friendliest Subway staff I’ve ever dealt with. Usually they’re just interested in what kind of bread and cheese I’m working with… but this lady was happy to answer questions and give me her suggestions.
I’ll be back… I have more sandwiches to try!
