The place was a really mess there were lettuce and all kind of food in the floor and bar, the staff was really slow and messy with the food they didn’t have idea how to assembly the sandwich. I don’t know if the owner have idea what’s happening on his/her business, because the place is disgusting and lack of quality.

What Subway doesn’t have BREAD?!? This one! Wish I could say this was a one time occurrence, however, on at least 3 occasions I’ve been informed that they are all out of bread & only have wraps. Not to mention the complete lack of customer service at this location — don’t expect to be greeted, let alone receive a smile from employees. Signs claim that this location is now under new management, however, whatever changed at this location is for the absolute worse. Whoever is «managing» this location take note, whatever you are doing is not working. Epic Fail!

This event happened some time ago, but I cannot get it out of my head and from the other reviews, the place obviously hasn’t improved. Here’s my experience with this Subway: Went at 7:30-ish on a Sunday night. Two employees were standing right outside the door smoking a cigarette and barely moved out of the way so we could enter. There were 4 other young male employees behind the counter who didn’t even acknowledge us when we came in. Ordered the veggie sandwich since I’m a vegetarian. I am NOT usually picky about cross contamination since I realize at restaurants… it happens. However, what is not cool was that the maker of my sandwich touched by bread and cheese and then proceeded, using the same gloves, to touch my boyfriend’s turkey. And he went back and forth between the two sandwiches. I was willing to overlook this, yet when I proceeded to look down at the veggies, I saw chunks of chicken in the lettuce and pieces of beef sitting in the jalapenos… gross! By this time, I was NOT going to eat my sandwich at all, but STILLPAIDFORIT! I felt like I could at least snack on chips or something. WRONG. There was not a single chip to be found, apparently. Cookies? Nope. All out, they said. What?! I paid for my sandwich and my boyfriend’s and we left. My boyfriend then informed he wasn’t eating his sandwich either. «Did you notice the disgusting state of the vegetables too?» I asked. Nope. He told me that the guy who had cut his foot-long sandwich had wiped his gloved hands on his pants and then proceeded to grab a random knife sitting on the counter behind him to cut his sandwich. Needless to say, the sandwiches went into the garbage. Oh, but the worst was yet to come. I sent an email to Subway Corporation simply informing them on the atrocious service we received and advised them to better educate their employees on cleanliness and avoiding cross contamination. The worst part of this whole experience was the phone call I received from the owner(?) or manager(?) of this particular Subway. Some middle aged woman who was the most unpleasant person I’ve ever had the displeasure of talking to. After declining her invitations for a free sandwich and assuring her multiple times that I was NOT simply complaining in order to get free food, she began by asking me if I’ve been to a third world country. When I responded no, she then began telling me how people there have to eat out of gutters so I should be so thankful to have fresh food at all. She then went on to point out, that at least Subway employees wear gloves, so if they go to the bathroom without washing their hands… well, at least they wear gloves. The best part was when she pointed out that it was probably not meat in the veggies, that I was probably mistaken, and that even if it was meat in the veggies, it was my sole responsibility to point out to the sandwich makers that I was vegetarian. Really? Get a clue Subway: If someone orders a veggie sandwich, I think it’s safe to assume they might be vegetarian! I ended up hanging up on her and will NEVER go to this Subway again. Also, please do not contact me Subway. I do NOT want a free sandwich!

Wow I’m glad that 4 guys can take 5 years to make me a sub par sandwich when I’m the only person in the restaurant. The sandwich didn’t even look appetizing by the time it was finished and was falling apart. And if you could have some bread that isn’t hard at all times that’d be great. Because I don’t want a different kind, I want the kind I want. Don’t think I’ve ever been so unreasonably angry about a sandwich. Cool.

I haven’t been to this Subway for many years. The place is not as clean as before. I saw a small roach crawling around the soda machine. Other than, the sandwich was ok. I don’t think I want to go back to eat over there again.

Subway as a whole has decent sandwiches, but service varies based on staff on duty. This location delivers consistent freshness and satisfactory service. They are usually very busy at peak times, but are able to maintain a flow with properly trained people. If you have a fairly unhealthy diet consisting of lots of fast food meals and cokes, but want to make a change, this is a good place to start. I can tell you from personal experience that the sandwiches with 6 grams of fat or less can really take off the weight if you are dedicated to eating them. Pair with fresh apples or baked chips and a diet soda and you can watch the pounds melt away!

Remodeled interior and very spacious. The kids who work here provide good service. But they never look very well dressed or well groomed. The parking lot is a little ghetto and dim at night.
