WORSTSERVICEEVER! They have a reputation for slow service but we waited 35 minutes for our food, people who arrived after us got their food faster and some even left. I brought it to the managers attention and she did nothing but apologize and state that they were busy as if I should have know better than to expect my order in a reasonable timeframe. The manager or the server never provided an answer as to why our order took so long. We suspect she failed to turn in our order. When I paid my bill, the manager offered absolutely nothing to compensate us for the poor service. I was a regular customer that ate there about 2 – 3 times a week, my family and I will never go back because they don’t care or value their customers. There are plenty of other Mexican restaurants in the area that my family and I will now take our business to. Don’t bother if you value your time or expect your food in a timely manner.

I just moved to the area & saw this place my 2nd day here. I asked the guys who helped me unload my truck where I could find some good menudo & one guy mentioned this place. Moving from the Dallas area & having eaten it from various places statewide, I wanted a good local place that serves it. After unpacking all day & needing a drive through, I decided to try it. I prefer to support mom & pop, hole in the wall places because I won’t eat at chain restaurants. I was pleasantly surprised when they said that serve menudo daily. Generally this is a Saturday only treat. Having not gone to the grocery store yet, I then inquired about the breakfast menu. It is served all day. Super! I ordered my tacos for tomorrow morning! Menudo was yummylicious! Slightly more greasy than I prefer, but the flavor was wonderful. It almost had a gravy type flavor that I’ve never had before. They didn’t provide the onions & cilantro, but I didn’t ask assuming it came with it. Next time I’ll know! The corn tortillas were the best I’d ever had. They were grilled & so good! I had half left over, so lunch is covered for tmoro! I can remove the congealed greasy part before eating it. Win-win! Now I can’t wait for breakfast! The egg & bacon breakfast tacos are larger than I’ve normally seen, so I know it’s going to be equally as good. All in all, this was a great choice. Very authentic & flavorful. I’ll definitely go back.

This restaurant is the worst service and will not ever return back if it was the last Mexican restaurant on earth. My daughter accidentally spilled over the lemonade drink and I asked the waitress if I can get it filled again. She said, it will cost me to refill the lemonade. I said but my daughter spilled it by accident but still couldn’t do without a charge. I ordered a tripa plate medium and upon receiving my tripa plate, the tripa plate was crispy and looked like they had been sitting around for a while, gross. After that experience, I wanted my money back. My daughter and I went to the register to let the waitress know, I wanted to take my daughter’s bean n cheese taco and by the time I turned back. The bus girl had cleaned the table off. This restaurant truly sucks and will never return to any tink a taco. By the way, I explained to the manager what occurred and all she said was,“oh I’m sorry.” I’m glad that’s not the only Mexican restaurant in San Antonio.

Not impressive. Food is fair and has been inconsistent the few times we’ve gone. Service? Awful. I swear they hire high school kids without any experience or common sense. This has been true for each visit. No knowledge of menu items or what is served with the meals. The combination of inconsistent blah good and the horrid service means that the three time I gave it a chance are all the chance they get from me. I’d rather drive to find better Mexican food.

For some odd reason all the Tink A Taco’s are not the same. You would think since they have the same name that they would all be similar in San Antonio, but for some reason their food can be drastically different from one restaurant to another. The enchiladas I got were extremely good and filling. Since I have mostly gone to the Tink A Taco on by Ingram Park Mall I had a view of it as another Taco Cabana, but surprisingly this place was really good. Check this one out.

Loves me some«Tink»! Hey, c’mon, it’s ALWAYS fast, hot, fresh, and cheap. The enchiladas, tacos, flautas, and rice/beans are consistently good. To-go food is ready in less than 5 minutes. Good tortilla soup and breakfast. The only negative is this: if you are not Spanish speaking, there is definitely a bias against you. You often get a server who will not treat you nearly as well as a Spanish speaking person/couple/or family. They make it quite obvious… again, this is not all servers, but 2 in particular that I have noticed. But hey, it’s San Antonio, so I’m used to it. The lady at the counter is always friendly. This location is so consistent with hot, quick, and reasonably priced food… so glad that this place is here!

Great value, they give a great amount of food for the price. I love their breakfast tacos, very hearty. Whether dine in or carry out the staff has always been friendly. I love them because I also get rewards dining points for Hilton. HHonors Dining =)

Chilaquiles on point. Huevos rancheros also very tasty. Service is consistent as well as the food. Still a great place to stop for quick eats!

Just had breakfast and it was the worst breakfast. Potatoes were over cooked, breakfast tacos were gross and the chicharron tastes burnt.
