If I could give 0 stars I would.(Count the 1 star for the 1 employee that was nice) The 1 st time my husband and I decided to visit this location was because we had a coupon for Taco Bell. He got the coupon from his manager at work. When we arrived we told the cashier we had a coupon, he went and got the manager«Chris» and he looked at the coupon and looked at us and asked«how did you get this?» We said«my job» he asked where my husband worked, his response was«wth?”(exact words… btw) Like he either didnt believe my husband or something. He was VERY rude. Idc if it is a sister company, he shouldnt be talking to people that way. He ended up telling us that a few books of these coupons were stolen, and that his Co wasnt goving them out to his employees. He seemed very jealous that his store wasnt receiving coupons. At the end of it he gave us the coupon discount and walked away clearly upset. My husband had received a few more coupons for taco bell, so we returned(idk why) to this same location to claim the coupons. The same thing happened as before, he came to the register and looked at the coupons(not expired, had about 6 months still) and he told us that we couldnt use these coupons in the same order, ok understood, we each took a coupon, and he told us that wasnt ok either. On the back of the coupons it said«1PERCUSTOMER». His response was«if you dont like it go to the babcock location» WOW. Ok! We will!!! He seems very upset that his employees or he himself doesnt get coupons… smh. He needs to grow up. I cant believe he is a manager. Texas really lacks in the«southern hospitality» department at this point :(

Let it be known that I have never written a review ever. But I had to. This place has the worst customer service ever. And its happened every time. I kept going back thinking maybe next time it will be better, but no. It took them 20 minutes to complete our order and when we got home, half of it was wrong and the burrito had nearly zero beef. Husband drove all the way back, they remade it, but no apology or anything. In fact, they were rude. Right before we got our order, a lady asked for a refund bc of the wait. No apology to her as well. She just handed her the money in silence and walked away… Wtf? I’m officially done with this place. Hopefully other locations are better.

Went there two hours prior to closing, waited in line for 20 minutes. They shut off the lights at 12:15 am when they had closing time at 2:00 am. They said pull up to the window. The lady in the window was incredibly rude and mocked me when I ordered. Then just said they were out of it. I just gladly left. HORRIBLEMANAGEMENTANDHORRIBLECOSTUMERSERVICE. I will never return to a Taco Bell ever again in San Antonio. Never had this issue anywhere else. And I get maybe you don’t like your job but there is plenty of people out there who would gladly work there and do a much better job. Treat others with respect please.

Not the best taco bell location. The tacos was bleh and the chicken soft taco had some weird shredded concoction that looked like diarrhea. Don’t recommend buying this particular item. Also, I asked for hot sauce and was given 1 hot sauce pet item I ordered. Cheap

I’m not the type of person who complains about food. I usually give a good review to most places because they are not that bad. This taco bell is probably the worst taco bell I have ever been to. I got a 5 layer and a few other things. The rice was gross and the food was cold. I know im going to be feeling sick for awhile. Try another place. Save yourself.

I ordered the five dollar box meal, and sweet tea at this location. I must say that I am not disappointed. The taco shells were crispy, fresh, and not stale. The lettuce in the tacos tasted fresh, and not days old. The burrito was grilled on both sides, the meat was seasoned just right, and the cheese was perfectly melted. Also the sweet tea was nice a sweet my drink wasn’t watery, or over iced. It was refreshing cup of tea. They had amazing customer service and they even took the time to make it just right. Hot food, good food, and great eating experience. It has been a long time since I experienced a taco bell this great. I don’t have a picture to add because I ate everything I ordered. Prior to writting this review. Will be back for more !

Lastnight, We drove up to TacoBell at 11, an hour before the drive thru closes. All the lights were off, but we could see people inside, we went to check out the drive thru, no one greeted us, we drive up to the window, this guy looks at us(made eye contact with me!) Then walks away. I honk, he tries to get, what looks like the managers, attention. The«manager» looked over at us and walked away. So this kid walks over to us finally, i ask him if they are closed, he says yes, I tell him your sign on the window says drive thru closes at midnight. His response, «well we closed early because ot was slow.» This kid looked like he was as high as a kite, extremely under some influence. Not only were they closed EARLY, but the manager couldn’t even address us, or come up with a better excuse, and the guy was high off his rocker! No good TacoBell! 5 thumbs down. Absolutely disappointed!

Only bc 0 isnt a selection. OMG! Totally disappointed in you Taco Bell! I would expect this from Jack in the box but not from you. Please reconsider your staff. Customer Service is HORRIBLE. The sign says open till 12 was 8min till 11??? The little punk who seemed under the influence of pot ignored us at the window only to come back stumbling for words. Not cool. But Taco Cabana surely Thanks you for all the business! Usually get great service. Truly disappointed Two Thumbs way down!

They’ve always been fine anytime I’ve eaten there. My two start rating is a form of protest for removing chalupas and Baja sauce from the menu. The Baja Chalupa was my favorite! But I’d settle for any kind of «chalupa» as long as I could have it on that wonderful bread. I’ll change my review if you bring back my faves, Taco Bell! :)

Very worst customer service. On July 13, 2015, we were at Drive Thru window at 10:15PM and waited 15 minutes at ordering window and everytime, we were asked to wait. She wasn’t courteous enough to ask sorry when we asked«Is it going to take more time» after waiting 15 minutes. While we were waiting atleast 6 cars behind ours left knowing that they wouldn’t get attended any sooner. I wouldn’t suggest anyone go late in the night and waste their precious time. It is not worth it!!!

Super sweet staff. I wish I could remember the name of the lady who took care of us. She let us take our time with ordering, we had two kids in the car who were distracted by an iPad. We ordered drinks for their happy hour and one of our drinks was supposed to be diet, and she made sure we liked all the drinks. It was just nice to have her care so much about our small order and so we drove away with happiness. And to have someone be patient and not rude for needing a minute to decide in the drive thru.

Taco’s are the best when you are on the road. So I drop by at Taco Bell to grab a Taco. But I didnt expect the rudeness of the people here. I intentionally dine so I could have a rest on driving. But got really annoyed on the people here, as if they dont see the mess on the floor. I already called somebody to clean it up before somebody gets hurt but they didnt listen. They have a horrible customer service. I guarantee you that.

A friend and I came here today for hangover food and this place was on point. Even though we came around noon, the place was empty. Maybe people opted for legit Mexican? Anyway, it didn’t take long for our food to arrive at the counter. I got a Grilled Stuft Burrito and a soft taco — I drowned it all in that luscious Fire sauce. Duh. Lish. The food immediately cured our lingering late night regrets.

Every time I visit this Taco Bell, I go through the drive-thru and the employees are always very efficient, courteous, and fast. The last time I went, the drive-thru cashier asked if I would like a cup of water while I waited for my food. I would highly recommend the drive-thru here; I can’t attest to the inside service though.

Awesome customer service! Oh wait, I forgot you can’t pick up on sarcasm very well through text. We pull up to the window and I guess you have to request sauce now. She was quickly saying, «Okay, thanks, bye» all kind of jumbled as one long word, and trying to shut the window when we asked for sauce and she seemed annoyed. And of course the one time I don’t check my bag they forget something. I really wanted that crunchy taco too… The beans also seemed dry and old.

The food is decent, its Taco Bell for Christ’s sake. Just be sure to check your order if you’re in the drive thru. Of the 20+ times i’ve driven thru, maybe twice they had the order right. They usually always forget something. You wont know until you get home and by that time its too late.

With an abundance of Mexican food places around San Antonion, I made the mistake of pulling in this one. After waiting 10 minutes for the guy in front of me read the entire menu 8 times, I placed my order. Well, I tried to place it. The food protion was ok, but cold. My mouth was set for a cold drink of Diet Dr. Pepper and recieved a warm sweet tea. Yuk. Of course, I was 3 miles down the road before I took at drink. I would avoid this one, if you’re in a hurry.
