Taco La Gardenia

This is my go to restaurant for breakfast, but every meal here is delicious. Great food, reasonably priced and wonderful service! Highly recommend.

Horrible customer service !!! The women waitressing walk around making faces, they see you walk in and still it’s about 10 mins before they get to you… they stand back by the pick up window just talking… now I can understand if they’re extremely… but they weren’t !! We went in on a Tuesday about 10… we sat down it took our waitress 10mins… another waitress had passed by us… ok not her table no biggie… except for when it was her (not out waitress) serving coffee to all tables except ours… now I can understand if I had been rude… nope I smiled & thought maybe she just didn’t see the coffee cup… she did. she told our waitress we were leaving, our waitress got up quickly as we were standing in line to pay, and asks would you like some coffee to go… ummm NO !!! Not once the entire time we were there did she come back to our table, horrible experience needless to say we will not be returning !!!

Bakery attached. House salsa is awesome! Loved the chip & salsa.
Had the puffy tacos which were great. Beans & rice didn’t sit as well with my stomach later.
Bakery also had plenty of treats, check them out.

One of my favorite places to eat on a Saturday morning. Breakfast is served all day. They also have a bakery next door.

Try the Pastor tacos. They seem to be a local central Texas variation of an old German recipe that has pineapples. Awesome! Prices can’t be beat.

Soupy, very messy, so-​so tasting taco experience. Muy malo! No, no, no. Friendly staff, very casual setting. Yours truly NOT returning. Adiós!

Shredded chicken puffy tacos = the business.
this little hole in the wall is right around the corner from my work, so it makes a great pop-​in for lunch. Tuesday is caldo de res/​pollo day and apparently they make it very well. their shredded chicken puffy n soft tacos.
Cheap n tastes great– win win!

Me and my husband love this taco place, we can’t seem to find good garne asda anywhere else. The waitresses make u feel right at home and thier corn tortillas are fresh every time, Don’t let the outside fool u it’s worth looking around for a parking spot. Also get ur Pan De Dulce n the same place. Good Tacos !!

Neighborhood taco joint. Very old neighborhood. If it wasn’t for all the cars parked in the street around it you’d probably miss it. It’s good for that Saturday «having breakfast when you should be having lunch» kind of place.
If you’re getting a little tired of your own little neighborhood taco place and you want to try another neighborhood’s, you should definitely check this one out.
