Thankfully I had a MUCH better experience than Erin H. I got here around noon & was afraid that I would run into the lunch crowd who were also trying to run errands like me. But there were only 2 other customers ahead of me. I was greeted by a friendly smiling clerk.(There were 3 clerks in all.). My clerk took my package, rang me up, slapped some labels on, & handed me my receipt. I was in & out in 5 mins! Still plenty of time for lunch before heading back to work :)

I showed up 15 minutes after they opened. There was ONE woman working and 11 people in line. She literally could not locate any packages for the first 3 people. I don’t know if this was user error or the fact that the first few people didn’t have a tracking number. Needless to say, she didn’t ask them to step aside until they found a tracking number, instead she invested 10 minutes trying to search for each person’s package. To make matters worse, the security guard was on a serious power trip. He was so worried about the door being open(because the line was literally out the door) that he was being rude to all the already annoyed customers. Awful experience. Get your stuff together UPS!!! Looks like I’ll be converting all of my future orders to FedEx.
